Location is excellentDining room goodBar & lounge perfectly fine. Prices good.Room excellent size

Bathroom small. A wheelchair user couldn't access.Food in dining room sometimes cold.

Nice central location to easily access all parts of the area. Clean comfortable rooms. TV with casting abilities so you can watch something you like. On site cafe coffee was a delight

If your on the first floor, your unlikely to rest easily before midnight as they play music in the cafe/lobby areaBreakfast was ok, but needed to be warmer

Ideal place to stay not far from the old town and beach

I booked the hotel because it said free parking but there was no parking so I had to park in a carpark cost me a extra 18 euros

Staff and bar/cafeteria. Excellent prices. Location.

Unfortunately we were in the old part of the hotel that badly needs a make over. Broken skirting boards peeling wallpaper etc. Food quality poor and little choice.

Good value. Easy to find and clear signage. Comfortable bed and good shower. Very little noise insulation and could hear everything next door

We paid extra to upgrade our room to a room with a balcony but weren't informed that this would mean our room was opposite a hotel being upgraded. Workmen started work at 7.50 am each day.making a lot of noise which disturbed our sleep. Hotel cheaper on their own website than on Booking.com

Room had all facilities, except coffee making.

Breakfast was fine, but evening food was poor - like school dinners.

Lovely hotel situated in the old town, I was only there for a short stay of 2 nights but found the rooms very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller and very clean. The room had a balcony which overlooked a neighbouring street where there was renovations going on so could be quite noisy during working hours. The breakfast selection was very good. 2 nights stay with breakfast for £97 can’t be beaten in my opinion.

Perfect location, super clean, modern, excellent price. Very much comfy beds.

Food very cold microwave broken one night. Very cheap food San jacobs, liver,pasta. Same cheese salami for salad.Could of been a lot better worst food lhave had un any hotel in Benidorm

Nothing much really good about the property

Cold water trying to shower plug sockets hanging off the wall beds were uncomfortable and very noisy

Clean modern room and bathroom, good size towells and hairdryer.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The noise! Walls are so thing...outside noise as well...could hear everything!

Nice clean hotel all staff very friendly and spoke good English

Steps into both entrances, but there was a disability access lift, although I did not use it.

City view a joke, I could see across the road into adjacent apartments, breakfast poor quality and cold every day
