Hotel RH Victoria & Spa 4 Sup

Very comfortable room, single rooms facing north but double rooms facing south so you can enjoy the sun the whole day on your balcony. The food was good, staff very helpful. The spa is smallish and with added 13 euros cost, but if you want only sauna, that is included in the price in the neighboring hotel Royal, and is very good. I enjoyed my stay, it was very relaxing. The area is quite good too, spent the day on my balcony on 15th floor, no noises from the streets.

You might want to ask the, to heat up the spa sauna to 70-80 degrees, no it was a bit mild for my taste. The other sauna in the other building was fab though!

All up to expectations

My only one comment is that there was a scheduled power outage on the day we stayed between 16.00 and 18.00 and we were not advised of it, so not possible to charge phones, lifts did not work etc. A simple notice of advice on lifts or other suitable place would have enable me to plan time better..

Very comfortable and large single room. I arrived at 02:00 in the morning and there was a meal waiting for me.

We enquired about eating in the hotel in the evening since we were both a little ill and it was pouring down, we were told at reception 'never, no' ! we noticed the restaurant open so we were really surprised and we wondered why not?

Hotel Victoria is located in a great part of Benidorm, close to the Old Town, the beach and park. A lovely friendly bar area inside and out. The room was modern, very clean with all the facilities we needed and a lovely balcony. We will return.

Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable at the RH Victoria . The reception staff were friendly to us upon arrival. We stayed in room 507.We loved how spacious the room was and the bed was big and comfortable. We had a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There were plenty of extra pillows should you need them. Our view from the balcony was good... We could see the town and the sea and also had a pool view.Everything was spotless. The whole hotel was immaculate and kept to a high standard. Old Town was only a short walk away and close to the beach.. Around a 5 minute walk.Breakfast was excellent. So much to choose from and. we came away with full bellies. There really is a huge selection of everything and all delicious.All staff were friendly... Mention to Manuel in the reception bar. He was fab and nothing too much trouble.There was entertainment on during the day and evening.My husband and I agreed we would love to return for a longer stay. There was nothing we could find fault with other than a minor issue of having to wait a little longer than expected for the lifts from the dining room in the morning but this is expected during busy times... Not a real issue for us but may have been for others.Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely use the RH Victoria again.

Bathroom, towels too small and hard. Bathroom needs a makeover

Helpful staff as.i had a broken ankle for, came to room helped me in wheel chair made sure I was comfortable in waiting in bar area for waiting a pick up

Everything was just wonderful especially the room and variety of food.its probably the best hotel we have stayed at in Benidorm

My only complaint is that the equipment in the gym needs to be updated with much more varietyThere are no weights of 3 to 6 kilos there

A tiny-tiny minus - unheated pool, as we stayed in November, it was rather cold to swim
