Staff and facilities were excellent and our room and balcony exceeded expectations The lady cleaning the rooms on the first floor was excellent, and very helpful with a smile on her face at all times

The breakfast food was ok but the evening meal was way below standard. Food never above like warm, dishes were not appetizing and meat and fish were very thinly sliced. The last night the food was much improved but will not be returning again only because of the food

Room comfortable and very roomy. Food good variety, something for everyone. Pool clean with good sunbeds.

Numbering system on the rooms was a bit confusing.

Opposite Benidorm Palace.

Lounge boring, staff un accommodating in changing credit card. Ridiculously small wine glasses for people who still needed to pay and were not on their all inclusive plan.

The food and service was excellent evening and day entertainment was also very good

Half Board and food was very good, although food on the hot buffet could be served much hotter, and plates were cold.

Beds uncomfortable.

Plenty of choices for breakfast. Location perfect for our overnight stay. Right across the road from Benidorm Palace, which was our reason for staying at the hotel. Room spacious, bed comfortable and quiet.

This is a lovely hotel, staff extremely helpful and friendly, great location as a not right in the business but easy walking distance.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff very helpful and the hotel all over was very clean. The entertainment was good offering singings/dancing.

Access to indoor pool could have been better, I feel booking a pool time and paying a towel deposit could all be undertaken at the same time/place and this includes the return of the deposit.

The 3 night stay, could not have been better. The staff were great, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent. The topping was a lovely Christmas dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, bright hotel, with lovely views across Benidorm to the hills. Perfect for visiting Benidorm Palace. Room was very large. Buffet dinner and breakfast were adequate for the price but nothing special. Good temperature throughout the hotel. It was surprisingly quiet at night.

We had 2 single beds which were quite uncomfortable, the mattresses need replacing. We had booked here because we wanted the secure parking but it was full on arrival. The showers worked fine but would prefer a walk-in to having to climb in and out of the bath.

Clean, pleasant and great staff. Buffet meals only, but a fabulous choice of high quality and varied food for every meal. Particular mention to waitress Encarni for her friendly and helpful attitude. And to Restaurant Manager Antonio.

The very lengthy check-in time, but I think everyone seemed to arrive at the same time and the new regulations complicated things.

The position of hotel worked for us easy access to transport.

Rooms slightly dated.Breakfast first day was good 2nd day only few people in hotel breakfast all pre cooked not freshly cooked as on first day when hotel was busy.Evening meals lacking in choice and flavour.

Staff were pleasant

On the last night the noise of furniture being moved didn’t sleep all night it stopped but started again had a long drive home so which was worrying when very tired .

Location. Bar staff exceptional as always. Entertainment good.Bar prices very good..

Although the food in restaurant varied always cold.Shouldnt have to use the micro wave.! Would like coffee / tea making facilities in room. typically English.?

The only which was not clear was the pricing of the car park missing from the website, a small detail but would be worth putting it on.

Very clean, spacious, good food.
