breakfast is great and room on top floor had a lovely balconypool area was very relaxing 7 mins walk to old town and beach area clean hotel without kids

Excellent location, staff are very friendly. We were full board, food was excellent selection and something different each day. Hotel is very close to old town which is perfect for those who like the quieter part of Benidorm. Beach is 10/15 minute walk from hotel. Room is a little dated room and hotel was spotless. You can’t fault this hotel or the staff.

All the meals were fantastic, we only stayed one night as we were meeting up with family for one night, I even had a birthday balloon, card and lollipops in our room on arrival, a lovely surprise. Entertainment (Roberto) was really fun.

Everything was perfect, the staff are the best, the he rooms where so clean, breakfast was perfect every morning, we decided to stay for dinner one night and this was so nice , nothing is too much trouble, looking forward to coming back next year,

Good lounge area and outdoor seating patio; plenty of beds at pool; good breakfast; located near beach and Old town. All Staff were very friendly and helpful and acknowledged you as you passed reception.

Very loud music in the lounge -could be heard in the bedroom corridors; music played from 9.30 to 11.30 which is too late for the clientele with majority being pensioners; quality of most acts was disappointing for the audience. Overall Management need to look at these issues

The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked in for half board meaning evening meal and breakfast. As we were already booked for an evening meal elsewhere they allowed us to change our evening meal to lunch which was very helpful.

Spacious room with all the amenities required for a short stay.The staff including Jaime were great and always on hand if required, a real asset to the hotel! The check out time is convenient.

The spa advertised is not onsite and requires pre booking. Extra Lighting required on the front stairs of the hotel as quite dark at night.

Good 4 star hotel in a quiet but still central corner of Benidorm. Garage in the hotel, friendly staff and good pool. All amenities you would expect from such a hotel

We were very happy with our room,very spacious and we enjoyed our meals every day.We were booked in for half board and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each evening.We have been to the hotel several times and find the location very close to shops and other facilities.

We are very happy with most things except we are not too keen on the entertainment.We usually go to a sister hotel of the Royal in the evenings.

Such a lovely friendly hotel it’s small but the pool is good location is great

a well-located hotel, with tasty but unsophisticated meals. The hotel allowed you to buy meals in any configuration, which was great. In the evening there was live music and interesting integration games for adults based on common knowledge, and champagne was prized in the games.

We did not receive duvets and the nights were cold. When we asked, the staff brought us duvets but without pillowcases, which is extremely unhygienic. Almost all of the guest were seniors, which made me feel like I was in an old people's home. English tourists who are drunk, shouting and singing in the streets and in pubs are not my vibe.

Nice location, very helpful staff, nice room. Good value and variety in breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great location big rooms and. Bathroom the bar was good and staff friendly.

The lifts were bad you could wait half hour I was on third floor so used stairs to go down but is manly meal times .

Rooms were too hot, no air con due to being in March but even with window open, was really warm in the room

I booked this with friends and they were given a superior room which was much better than ours. If we had been given the same room it would have been fine but as the booker I thought it should have been me that had the best room. Small issue but annoyed me.
