Breakfast was poor..especially the hot food.

No room facilities. Could hear the people next door at 3AM.

Nice pool area.

Having to use a plastic token for a tumbler. The smelly area over the road outside the hotel.

Very close to the beach and all bars and restaurants. Nice staff and all had a good balcony. The free items in the suite bedrooms were great too.

I had a thin sheet for a cover and found it a little chilly some nights and would have liked a blanket too

Breakfast and pools are OK.

There are 2 hotels put together. Walls were made of paper. You could hear many people in the neighboring rooms. A lot of shouting in the middle of the night, a lot of drunk people that did not care who else lives at the hotel. Management did nothing. The streets at night were full of drunks that shouted all night long, as well.

Decent hotel, you get what you pay for. Pool is excellent and the food is good at poolside bar. We had breakfast and it was nice.

I didn’t! And this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here

Rude reception staff. Very slow check in. Room wasn’t ready so came back later after paying for room etc. for receptionist to say room hadn’t been paid for even though I had proof.

Good hotel and good size rooms food was ok

Lifts were very dodgy. It took over 2 hours to get checked in which ruined the first day

Poor Lifts which were very busy busy reception with slow staff but they were polite and friendly

The rooms were spotless the pool area quite big

The security woman around the pool was very rude and intimataditing I think the rules are too strict on what u can eat at the pool area especially when u have children she was following people around and ordering them back to sit at tables with their food I mean yr on holiday u shud be able to relax and eat at yr sunbed I wouldn't recommend yr hotel r stay again for reasons above

Great hotel & location

Check in by there staff was very very slow even in the priority line after we had checked in on line

Rooms very good, breakfast excellent. Check in took a long time and lifts were terribly slow/not all working.

Location was good

The lifts don’t work properly plus the air con didn’t work

Large airy and roomy

The lifts were unresponsive to summons and stood more than once( with others) a good 10 minutes waiting for a lift to come. Sometimes missed the floor you selected too

room was very basic, had to change rooms as the first one was very grubby, I have stayed at this hotel before and it was good but not this time

Comfortable bed good location clean

Check in unprofessional/one person with no customer service skills bad atitude/luggage queue disorganised very dangerous lots of visitors no staff.on desk, bad first impressions.
