the room beautiful and clean

Could not get a cup of coffee till 10am unless brought a Breakfast at 9 euros , which is totally disgusting . Also younge people shouting all times of the night

Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh, even bread and some of fruits. They charge per day for crib, which is not so usual nowadays. Next time i prefer to pay bit more but get much more

The hotel is at the top of a really steep hill, the Hotel offers a free bus to the beach which is perfect but it finishes at 8.30pm it would be better if it was offer till 10pm

The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly

The queue at breakfast time and organisational ability in the restaurant. The food was cool in most instances and lacked better organisation.

Did have food there as we spotted cockroaches .we ate out every day

There was cock roaches in the entertainment area every evening we spotted them.under sofas and tables. Not great when we had young children with us. Would not use this place again

the room was not clean and the door for the balcony was broken also the room was small is too much money for little room

We thought the staff in the hotel were amazing.

We spoke to the manager regarding our issues with the bedrooms. The cleanliness was the biggest issue. Aswell as the bedbugs and headboards were all cracked. We have pictures to prove all this. Still waiting from the manager to get back in touch. Still nothing though like he Doesn’t care. In your opinion do yous think this is a 4 * hotel. As I’ve travelled to many 4* hotels and this has to be the worse experience for us.

Little bit out of the way but hotel did put a shuttle service on

Rooms were nice, air con worked well.

Breakfast was cold and it’s at the top of a steep hill. Pool is small and wasn’t very clean.

The lifts are too small and take ages to get to you and have no number on outside so don’t know what floor lift is on when waiting for it

The food was awful the indoor pool was freezing there was twelve men and we had to share double beds 1 of the men then paid for a room of his own the bar tender charged me 20 euros for 3 cokes and 1 tea and i asked for 3 coffees not cokes the paint was peeling off there was only 3 lifts and they only took 3 people in a lift definitely wouldn't go back

the free bus shuttle and the driver was great .

the staff were not helpful.the pool area was a bit scruffy.the hotel was not catering for the English guests at all the staff weren't helpful with local knowledge of the area or bus routes.gave different guests different prices for food ..
