Quietness

The cleaning product is too strong, the room heater was off. The heated pool wasn?t working and I was so charged extra 70? for My Kids. Which I put for 4 people when I reserved but then I was tricked in the end my receipt on my email says only 2 people.

Very convient location.

We found a sex toy from the previous host in our room and reception staff ignored our requests to remove it from our room. It took them 24 hours to send someone to collect it, to make it up for us they downgraded our room without refunding the difference. The king superior room with sea view has a huge terrace that you can’t use privately because it’s on the top of their bar and it feels like sitting down with the rest of guests in your own room. When we contact the managers their reply was thanks for your feedback, it helps us to improve (while attuning a whole day of our vacation trying to get the recepctionist to help us)

The buffet breakfast was very good

The room is too small for a family of 4. The details of the room stated it was 2 beds, but it was a sofa bed, very uncomfortable. The restaurant Sirocco had very bad food and the staff took forever to bring the food. In general it's too expensive. 385 for 2 nights. I expected more

We really loved it, I truly recommend this, there was a world's dance and one thing that we didn't really like was the dinner, we paid 25€ and just ate Spaghetti, so it's up to the taste of everyone

Spacious Ness and the facilities were superb especially the spa and mini golf.

Breakfast items were not replenished fast enough once they had run out.

Disappointing.

I think, the hotel has no atmosphere. The cafeteria is not in keeping with the rest of the hotel, the bar area is not good or comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights we planned to have a few hours each say reading and relaxing but it's not possible here, the only choice isto read in your room, which we did not want.It was very cold too weekend of 23rd February , we found nowhere to relax and get warm and comfortable, happy to leave to be honest.

Property well maintained, beautiful gardens and open spaces with lush vegetation and well kept. Onsite parking and security which is a plus.

Large room and very reasonable price out of season. Comfortable beds, large balcony and lovely bathroom.

Food was poor. Purposefully booked a hotel outside of Benidorm centre with the hope to check in and eat there. Ended up going out to eat as dinner buffet looked awful. Cooked breakfast was cold.

Drama!

I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. The indoor pool is considered part of the spa and costs €15 per person per hour, which is absurd. The food is awful—like cheap fast food: greasy fish, soggy fries, reheated spaghetti, and rubbery meat. Even with breakfast and dinner included, we had to pay extra for water.To make things worse, the fire alarm went off in our room during the night, waking everyone, including our kids. The hotel was also under renovation, with constant buzzing and noise 24/7. This was an absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this place!

Clean tidy near to amenities

Location

There were dirty marks on the sheets and pillowcases. The room service food was nice but cold. The room service was served with no cutlery and by the time it was at the room the food was cold. There was no milk or coffee left for the coffee machine and we had to ask twice and then it was only the night porter that tried, found some coffee pods and gave us some of the staff milk in a cup.

There was a big refurbishment going on that was not advertised,the restaurant buffet area was cut down and the food choices were very poor as was the food.The days we were there the food was not of a good standard and barely warm.

Nice hotel, professiinal personnel, big room, great spa.

Dinner buffet was not to the standard, though GM told me they planned to improve it.

Rooms got hit due to large panoramic windows. AC instructions not very clear

Nice lobby. Attentive staff.

1) detergents used for cleaning have a harsh smell2) mold in suites. C’mon! 3) Kid’s room was closed as there were not enough guests. It’s weird. Just keep it open so that kids can play. 4) sauna. My wife was there at 18:30 and was not allowed in. This cant be serious.

Great hotel but breakfast was good at weekend s when spanish were in Big big big problem was transport to benidorm no public transport I stayed in many hotel outside twon and ther was transport by hotel at certain times this is the problem we have taxies were 30 euros a day
