No- everything was perfect

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. Room big and clean, good quality for products in the bathroom, the view from level 18 was amazing. Food was ok, not the best, but a lot of choices for all tastes. Staff were very nice and helpful. What truly made the difference was the divertisment team. My 3 years old had a lot of fun with them at kids club, mini disco, Christmas event, and that was more than just create an event, their interaction with the kids was just amazing so, thank you again for everything to Cristina, Pablo and the rest of the team. We hope that we will see you again in the summer.

Hotel and surroundings, gardens, pool area were lovely, great location for exploring.

A little disappointed with the fact that we had a coffee on arrival, and the dirty cups were not changed or coffee not replenished, don't get me wrong we always bring our own coffee but would of liked clean cups and glasses.

The staff is friendly and supportive. The room was Ok, bed and pillows acceptable. The breakfast was adequate and plenty of options. Parking is spacious with many slots available. Pool is great, but visiting in April was very hard to use due to still very cold water. Indoor pool is available and we used it, but full of chlorine. Night entertainment is available, my 6-y old daughter enjoyed a lot the mini disco

Parking is not able to read non-Spaniard plates. If it's your case the only option is to exit the car and go walking to the reception to ask for the gate to be open (very annoying any time you need to enter or go outside the parking). Also, we tried to order room service but the phone was never answered (I decided to walk and buy outside). Some hotel areas were dirty (main hotel entrance), cleaning service seems to have low frequency

Location was perfect, hotel entrance was so nice, rooms are a really good size with balcony with a great view! Honestly loved the place and such good value!

The only thing I didn't like was how hard the bed was, really struggled to get comfy with how hard it was, also the long pillows are awkward.

We paid for dinner. We found it was too overpriced for what you got. Food wasn’t very good. Was told we couldn’t have drinks, even a cup of water, when we were having dinner.

We were half board and had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had absolutely everything you could want for breakfast and evening had sparkling wine. Dinner was also very good with a good range of cooked and cold food.

Water could have been made available with evening meal instead of charging for it

Fantastic hotel in a great location, we stayed in rooms 205 and 204 we had a great pool view and the rooms where perfect the beds are huge and extremely comfortable Thanks Melia and all the staff for a great stay

Too many stagvn hen parties staying that were very noisy and disrupted my sleep a few nights in a row and very noisy round the pool .

Beautiful hotel, stayed bed and breakfastPlenty of choice at breakfast and what we ate was fresh and tasty..room's very comfortable and clean, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The balcony looks over the garden/pool area it was great to sit out there...Bar and entertainment could not be faulted..good area, not too far to walk to the beach and lots of bar's around..overall a great holiday.

Clean hotel great facilities and staff friendly

The hotel the staff comfort and facilities were excellent . Unfortunately the food did not live up to the same standards.

Check in was easy and simple Nice breakfast great selection Shower was niceLocation perfect Wifi worked perfectly Bed was very very uncomfortable and same with pillows and I was shocked to see a pair of men's underwear beside the sofa when I checked in to my room and I actually didn't inform reception I wanted to see would they be picked up and they wasn't and a cleaner serviced the room everyday shame about the jaquzzi being out of order also

Wonderful stay, clean rooms and lovely barman Jose was just a delight. Only suggestion I would make would be to put rubber/felt underneath the chairs in the room so they are not as noisy when moved, we could hear the chairs being dragged in each room especially with housekeeping

Requested chairs for the balcony on arrival, didn't receive them.(Had a table)Housekeeping arrive approx 9.30 & we asked them to come back as we weren't ready, was told abruptly NO.View from balcony was solar panels, appreciate that these are needed but we didn't get the room we booked so the view may have been better if we had. Broken sunbeds, towels,clothes & general rubbish was our view ! we assume these items have been blown down from other balconies. Very untidy !
