Rooms a bit small and small lift

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Staff were lovely and friendly and my request for a sea view and balcony room was met. Breakfast was ok however buffet might have been better rather than from a menu as the portions were very small.

The bathroom had a bad smell to it making the whole room smell. Floors didnt look to get swept when the beds changed and toilet rolls were not replenished so had to ask reception for some. The lift was extremely slow although always worked.

Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were all friendly.

Bit of a bad smell in the bathroom but with the door closed you couldn’t smell it. The walls were quite thin so could hear the people next door quite clearly.

In the old town which I prefer

Being given keys to a room that was already occupied was not a great start, lucky the occupants were not in the room at the timeThen being moved to a room with a double bed when we are two adult men and I had booked a twin roomHowever, the staff did attempt to resolve this but I decided to stay in my allocated room as it was larger than all the other postage stamp rooms my friends were inAlsoNot very good the rooftop not opening until middayLooking for a little sunbathe after breakfast but unfortunately no chance

Fab location in the old town 2 min walk to beach could be a bit noisy at night as in tapas alley area and has a roof bar

Fantastic value simple but clean hotel right in the heart of the old town. Ample sized room with a terrace looking out over the square below. Breakfast included in the price. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Location was superb right in the heart of old town and 2 minutes from the beach.

Absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Great choice of breakfasts, staff very friendly and helpful.Everywhere is spotlessly clean.

I checked into this hotel on Monday, the next day went to the beach for 5 hours to come back and the housekeeping qas using my personal belongs, my straighteners where took out of my bag and where still roasting when I walked into my room at 3, the housekeeper was on my floor as I was coming back into the hotel I went to ask the hotel manager why there housekeeping was using my personal the belongs only for her to ring the police, 4 spanish officers came the manager asked the police to remove ne from there hotel! So i got removed lost my money as i had to get s new hotel afywr the first night! smell the bathroom gives out is horrible, the lift only holds 3 people and the staff always turn it out of use so you end up having to walk down 8 flights of stairs guys please please be careful when booking this hotel staff are rude hotel stinks and you spend most of your day waiting in the lift

Lovely friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Great breakfast. Only thing lacking was a pool but that was my fault, I misread the description.

Great location, I have been to this hotel several times, great value, friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast selection,what more can I say, I think it's a great hotel,****, good location for going out, plenty of bars, restaurants shops,and a choice of 2 beaches,,

The weather ?

Location is great, old town fantastic place to be. Hotel has been refurbished and is a good standard! Value for money exceptional imo.

It's in a great location with tapas bars , restaurants and pubs and clubs on your door step. Beach is about 2 minutes walk away as well. The room we was in was small but had a comfy bed,air con and a little balcony. Also had a safe,iron,small iron board and a kettle with a couple of coffees and teas. Bathroom was small but I expected this as the buildings in old town are small narrow buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well.
