Good dinner and breakfast

The parking was inadequate.

Nice rooms with a huge balcony. Friendly staff and the location was good too.

Please reserve parking in advance. I did not know this and had to park 15mins walk away.

The pool was really nice, the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities. We actually didn't want to leave the hotel on most days because it was so nice.

We felt the ambiance of the hotel and its facilities were exceptional.The sky room was outstanding, with its free standing bath and raindrop shower with the added bonus of a lovely private terrace with sun loungers.The breakfast choice was fantastic and tasty.The cocktails were reasonably priced and delicious.

Parking was not available so we had to park a 10 minute walk away.The pool bar did not have enough staff to cater for the amount of guests.

Showers in premier room look awful they clearly leak and it’s just rusting the shower doors looks dirty x lady at breakfast desk really rude

From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt welcome.The staff were so friendly and really helpful, going with my husband to show him where to park the car and ensuring there was a wheelchair for my sister until her rented one arrived.The breakfast was good with lots of choice and you could sit inside or out.We had an issue with our TV not working, however the staff really went out of their way to get it working.

Would have liked some milk instead of cream on the tea tray and also more English breakfast tea bags as there were only 2.

I was disappointed with the room which was extremely small though we had upgraded Breakfast was chaotic to put it mildly. My biggest problem was that iIwas doubly charged for my stay when they informed me I had to pay them at reception on departure though I informed them I had booked vie booking.com who normally take my payment. I now discover booking.com have taken a payment as well.

The hotel was immaculate inside and out; even having the pool courtyard cleared of leaves and debris from the mature hotel gardens every morning. A little self-contained paradise away from the bustle of the surrounding area. Choice of food was great with plenty of options for both the buffet and a la carte menu. Staff are professional, very pleasant and extremely helpful.

There’s nothing to dislike about this property really. As they do allow dogs in the hotel, on this occasion this lead to a very noisy, albeit brief confrontation between 2 small pups in the reception area which startled a few people. This isn’t a reflection on the property but should be considered if you’re not comfortable around dogs.

It was clean, modern and staff were really friendly. Food was excellent, pool area was lovely all be the water a bit chilly.

Lifts take so long especially around check in / check out time. Position isn't great, it's a decent walk to Benidorm.

The hotel is in a great location with open public parking 5 mins away. The rooms are well appointed and the swimming pool and surrounding area is well landscaped. Plenty of privacy screening between beds in the pool area. Great choice of food at breakfast.

We've stayed before so we knew that the staff, room, food and general ambiance would be superb - and it was. You feel like you're in an oasis of calm when you enter the hotel. It's close to the beach and all the great places in the old town, or a slightly longer walk if you want a more rowdy night in Levante. Would always return here.

Our room wasn't cleaned to expectations, nothing major and it was swiftly dealt with, but that is just a very minor gripe.
