Hotel Primavera Park

Love this hotel, so clean light and bright, lovely breakfast and the ectopic restaurant food was delicious and stunning rooftop bar.

The hotel spotlessly clean. It was ideally located for Old Town. But easily walkable to all areas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean and spacious with well stocked bar and snacks. The roof terrace bar was beautiful and the cocktails were the best we had during our stay. Exotico restaurant was excellent

Very clean, rooms were cleaned every morning with fresh towels. Great scenery. Breakfast was nice, good selection. They give you pool towels. Pool was lovely with nice selection of cocktails and bar food. Well priced. Perfectly distance from old town and new town.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. Location was absolutely fantastic. Our room was very spacious and nice(premium room) We had breakfast and dinner every day and i was surprised how good both breakfast and dinner buffet was.

Personally i wasnt the biggest fan of the mattress.Wasnt allowed to have my 5month old kid with me at the rooftop bar.

Immaculately clean, spacious and in perfect condition. Food was lovely and the staff were fantastic!

We absolutely loved this hotel, breakfast was great and the hotel is modern, clean and has lovely rooms. We were very happy with the price and location - great for couples who are happier on the edge of the party scene. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking at the hotel was a nice bonus for guests visiting us. Plenty of places to sit & relax. Rooftop bar amazing and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Minor point but gym could do with some TLC - machines dated and could do with more weights.

Live music at breakfast, prosecco at breakfast. Excotico was amazing.

Service in roof bar needs to be quicker..hooks on back of bath door be nice. Mirror by the kettle for a lady.

We had an amazing top floor room with the best view. Absolutely recommend paying a little extra and get premium room. We had 2 in 1 shower & could use it together with partner. Separate toilet. Bath in room. Clean towels every day. Super big and comfy bed & comfy pillows. Big massive balcony where we could sit and sunbath too. Big choice of food (we had only breakfast included, but imagine lunch & dinner would have been also nice). Perfect location and not far from promenade, shops, bars & famous balcony. Best 3 night stay!!!

Only one downside we found was that when we used glasses or cups, the next day cleaner wouldn't take the dirty dishes away/exchange to new glasses. Also didn't get top up water to drink, only one bottle on arrival. Gym is no good unfortunately, the main machine was broken and left you only with treadmill/bike and dumbbells. However we found a gym with 5min walking distance and was only 8 euros for entrance.

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be more pleased. The location was excellent, the food was delicious, and everything was clean and modern. The customer service was outstanding throughout. I would especially like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the receptionist, Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful—she truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel was very modern, room was spacious. The food selection at breakfast was excellent.The roof top pool area and bar is amazing.

WE CAME AWAY FRO A STAG DO AND THIS HOTEL WAS PERFECTLY LOCTED AWAY FROM THE STRIP BUT WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The hotel is excellent. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. However when we checked in, we were served by a man who was surly and rather rude. We were all annoyed about this.

Man on receptions attitude. He should remember that the guests are paying his wages.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and the bed was huge! pool area is brilliant, especially the roof top bar area, great area to relax and amazing views. The only downside for us was we went half board and the food at both breakfast and lunch/dinner was stone cold. We did complain about this, but the waitress just agreed with us said she knows but did nothing about it. Rooms were cleaned daily but you could tell they were short on cleaning staff. Our room had been cleaned, but not properly. For example the bed had been made and some empty glasses had been taken, yet some had just been left on the side. They also changed our towels but did not leave us with any fresh ones so I had to go to get these from reception. Funnily enough as I was complaining about this a couple infront of me were also complaining about there room not being cleaned properly. The receptionist said it was because there was only one cleaner cleaning the whole hotel!

The hotel was spotless , buffer was very good , would definitely stay there again, was a small bit out of the way to the strip of bars but that’s not a bad thing either

Gym could do with an upgrade , other than that al was good

The hotel was lovely. The view was great from the roof top bar. Staff was very helpful. The exotico restaurant was absolutely delicious. Would recommend to stay here. The room was lovely and clean. Would stay again.
