I was disappointed when told no bacon available at 9.45am.Bacon and egg is a great way to start the day.

Nice hotel,in the heart of the old town but quiet,Friendly and helpful staff who arranged a taxi to the airport for me and my friend even though it was 3am.

Beds were a little small and hard

Location was perfect in every way. Close enough for all the nightlife and seafront but not for the noise that comes with it.

Location was very easy for the Cava bars in the old town

The first room thet was offered was to small and had no storage. we complained and were moved to a lovely room. The staff were very helpful with this matter.

Perfect location in the old town. Recently renovated. Super friendly staff.

Fridge in room, air conditioning, size of room was generous. The hotel was in a quiet street but just a few yards from the main Old Town action. We visited for Pride week and it was perfect!

The bathroom was a glass partition partially make of a sliding shower glass door. Although a curtain was provided to give some privacy, the glass gave no privacy with regard to noise whilst using the toilet. Even staying with a close relative this was not good (eg waking each other up while going to the bathroom at night)

I'm sorry to inform you that we never stayed at the hotel Clopy Mirador el Castillo....we have stayed at hotel Rocamar Please have an explanation regarding what happened..we did not have the triple room with sea view booked, but a double room with a very small extra bed.. without the seaviewwe ask you for a refund of the amount spentBest regards

VERY POOR CLEANING OF ROOM. HAD TO REQUEST TOILET ROLLS FROM RECEPTION ON 2 OCCASIONS. NO MILK PROVIDED IN ROOM FOR COFFEE, HAD TO REQUEST FROM KITCHEN. COFFEE CUPS NOT WASHED ETC

Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town of Benidorm, with all its cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops, and next to the beach... Very helpful and friendly staff... Excellent shower, comfortable bed, wardrobe with hangers..

There was nothing I didn't like.
