Close to beach lovely hotel stayed here twice now

It’s a new property so of course it’s all very nice and up to date. Every corner is classy and clean. Very nice. The reception staff are excellent. From the start they helped me in every request with a smile. When they couldnt help they were super apologetic and offered alternatives and when they could help they went out of their way to try their best. Amazing service. Also, the bar staff in the rooftop were amazing. Super friendly and with a smile. Plenty of space in the rooftop. Huge surprise here as usually rooftops are tiny but here there was plenty of loungers and sitting space if you just want to have something to eat. Pool was small but perfect for a quick plunge and cool down. Great views

The large balcony rooms should have some sort of palms or something to give some privacy. Understandable that in that space you will be overlooked but a few palms to give you a sense of privacy would’ve been beneficial. I think if it’s a group it might be ok and they won’t care but for a single traveler there wasn’t much privacy at all. I was upgraded to a beach facing room which was 100% perfection. Everything felt private and very relaxing. Only thing id say about the service is that the rooftop bar were short staffed and took a while to help. At one point only one person was serving drinks and the other staff members were tidying up although there was a group of people helping. I think it was fine as they were very apologetic and worked as fast as they could BUT a little more attention at how many people are waiting would help :) Otherwise perfection.

Fantastic location direct onto the beach & old Town. Very clean & fresh hotel. Rooms good size. Comfy beds. Great buffet breakfast with hot & cold items, inc fresh egg products cooked in front of you. Very friendly staff.Amazing roof top bar & pool with views across the beach. DJ in afternoon (but chilled music).Really cannot fault this hotel

Excellent options for breakfast and dinner, we were half board. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Superb and stylish

Some staff friendly .. but others not so.. not very accommodating after whole area blackout.. asked for later check out and despite having no facilities ( cold shower etc) was charged €20 per extra hour for late check out

It was clean, showers were decent and the beds were really comfy just what you need and want after coming off the strip. The breakfast was really good huge selection of hot and cold food really nice hit the spot. Also the roof top terrace ideal sun trap and again chairs really comfy especially when you’ve been out late partying and everything’s a little bit tender.

Nothing couldn’t complain with it the group enjoyed it .

We were given a room with no terrace at the back of the hotel it just had window, when booking our double room it stated with terrace I would of liked to sit out on the terrace and asked if we could swap to a room with a terrace and was told I would need to pay at least €30 more per night. Think it should be stated more clearly that there is a chance of not getting a terrace on the booking.Also found the evening meal was not great, food was very basic we chose to eat out for the remaining of our stay.

Location was first class, the hotel was effectively on the beach! The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful at check in. The hotel was modern, clean and exactly what is said on the website.The room was spacious and had a balcony looking right over the sea front and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The rooftop bar and seating area was brilliant and the views impressive over the Town.Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food and drink and very good service from all the stafff.

The lifts were very slow and if anything the bathrooms were small for our upgraded room

Great property almost faultless. Great breakfast. Booked a seafront rooms and it’s definitely worth the extra.

The air conditioning is switched off during low season event though it was a very hot week and was needed

Excellent service and great location near the old town. The roof top bar and pool is a nice location to chill and catch the sun during the day. Breakfast each morning was very good and the food choice and quality was outstanding. Book a sea view room as it’s worth it!

Great location , very modern and clean. Great interior design quiet rooms. Roof top with pool and bar was great. Fantastic breakfast.

Maybe the corridor carpets need to be looked at a few stains here and there

The hotel was on the beachfront close to the Old Town. The breakfasts were excellent, everything on offer from a smoothie to full English. The rooms were comfortable.

Our room was at the back overlooking a school playground, which was noisy....
