Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

Very nice and pleasant stay in Riviera! The staff is first class! From the reception, restaurant, cleaning staff, all of them are amazing! We've been to many hotels, but we've never met such pleasant staff! Rooms are comfortable and clean (they are cleaned on daily basis). We had full board, different lunch/dinner every day and very nice choice to choose from, also abundance of everything. Location of the hotel is great, close to the beach (5min by foot) and old town center (20min by foot). And most importantly, it is away enough from loud bars so you can get a good night sleep.

Elevators are very slow, but that is really nothing compared with all the positives of the hotel.

Our 2nd holiday in the Rivera hotel. Absolutely amazing place. From reception staff to restaurant, food, cleaners.

The hotel was spotlessly clean due to the efforts of all staff. They all worked very hard.

The food was mediocre at best but despite this the restaurant staff were hard working and attentive.The pool was very small as was the area around it. This will be a problem when the hotel is at full capacity.

Very clean and the meals were very nice.

Location was noisy with the football and the bar across the road unfortunately.

Nice clean hotel , food was nice always something to choose from , Pool area doesn’t really get much sun , and not allowed air con on (even tho temperatures hit 28oC ) be careful when booking that you check if you have booked a balcony or not (my fault didn’t check ) .

Everything was great Bar staff were awesome always one step ahead & never having to wait too long. Place was spotless Great location & taxi to old town approx 8€

It's not a dislike but observation. When raining there is a great tv room to watch sports etc. The waiter service stops at 3pm which meant people (including elderly) were walking about on stairs & lifts with glasses & plates.

Very nice clean hotel. Location is ideal and bar prices reasonable.

The lifts are so so slow, the last half meter is painful.

The Staff were excellent, very genuinely friendly and helpful, they hadn't been on a training course on how to be nice, they just were, very refreshing.The food was fantastic along with the choice.I have stayed at supposedly far more premium Hotels than this one, and they did not match this hotels hospitality, mainly driven by the staff.

One of the lifts was out of order, but such is life no big deal.

My room 215 was to near the lifts which made a noise 24/7.

Great location, we were there for the November fiesta, great atmosphere, staff worked tirelessly, my husband is celiac and the food choice and staff knowledge was fantastic and he had a great dinning experience.

Nothing, we have booked for next year already.

The pool area was small and shaded but the beach is only a short walk away

Rooms cleaned daily, and beds comfortable. Balcony was good not high rise. Food in restaurant had good options and staff friendly. Drinks in restaurant also good value for cost. Loved the bar at the front of hotel, great music.

The pool was too cold to enjoy. It was very rarely used by anyone.

Cleanliness, entertainment, friendliness of staff, excellent choice of food.

On a personal level I felt that the piped music at the pool was way too loud.

The Rivera hotel went above all the top rate for everything.
