Very clean. Excellent staff and lovely feel around the place. Within walking distance to old town

Nothing was perfect

The room was ok. With a little fridge in the middle of the floor, the bathroom was the worse bit, rusty appliances, mould in the shower, timescale in the taps, they provide with plenty of shower gel/shampoo pump bottles fixed to the wall and clean towels but no toilet brush in any of the toilets in the hotel. I personally find this repulsive and disrespectful for the cleaners that will have to clean the mess... The breakfast was very average, we went there at 9 o'clock and When the bakery goods run out they didn't replenish so we didn't try any at all. This is not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.Overall, it was ok but I wouldn't go back.

Great value for money in a great location away from the chaos.

The mattress for the bed was hard however my partner liked it. All down to personal choice.

It is written they have parking but they share it with 2 other hotels and when we came, they said, yes, we have parking but it is full. After 45 minutes, we found parking 20 minutes walk from hotel. Cleaning room is questionable, we found woman underpants at floor and beer can by side Safe deposit in room was not working. All together, very bad experience.

Checked in 8pm .. no towels in the room granddaughter went to reception and asked for towels … 25 mins later I had to ring and ask again and advised tv not working ..eventually got shower no hot water at all .. delayed our meeting with friends .. no information in room for tv could not get any channels on asked the lady who brought towels and she just shrugged. Door knocked on and opened at 9am for cleaning .. not good

Clean, modern hotel. Nice area.

The pool area/ seating was far too small. Some Staff not particularly the friendliest.Having to pay for drinks during meal times.The Spanish guests are rude!

Hotel staff very helpful, we woke up around 5 in the morning our electric had tripped so no Aircon, went down to reception and they sorted it straight away.

Small cozy room with a balcony. Good location of the hotel.

The appearance of the hotel is wonderful, as is the reception, the pool area and the bar, they look like their 4 stars, which, unfortunately, cannot be said about the room (I understand that I took the economy one myself). Terrible cracks in the walls of the room, I hope the switches are stained with paint. Terrible pillows. A special place is occupied by complicated and expensive parking. We stayed at the hotel for one night, but in my opinion it was not worth the money.

Didn't like the food at all.Tried breakfast first morning and wasn't good. So we ate out for the remainder of the stay.Booked a room with a double bed but on arrival was told there were no rooms with double beds available so had to do with a single.( Im quite a large man )

The staff in reception were very helpful…

No coffee facilities in room..the dinner room staff were not happy ..The breakfast was not good cold !! No fresh omelet being made ..over all dissatisfied
