Hotel Golden

It was very clean and conveniently located for beach, bars and restaurants.Staff were mostly very friendly and professional.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.It is mainly catering for Spanish people which is not a problem if you are made aware of this when making the booking.

Breakfast, always the same and not according to the price of the room.

The properly was well situated close to many lovely local bars and the room itself was clean and comfortable, I would definitely use the hotel again.

I had no issue with the property

Great location just to the Poniente beach side of the old town. The lady on reception was very helpful, the room was attractive with comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, good breakfast with lots of choice, overall we were very happy with the hotel. The parking was full but we were able to park a short walk away.

No real negatives, but British guests will do better here if they can understand a few words of Spanish language as this is a smallish hotel and unlike the big faceless multi-national hotels it is staffed with mainly Spanish speaking personnel.

The rooms were very clean, as was the bathroom. The receptionist was extremely helpful and spoke some English, which I appreciated. The hotel was well located, close to the beachfront.

I was unwell, so spent the early evening in bed. I found it quite noisy, with doors banging and a lady in high heels walking around in the room above.

The staff was amazing! Very good location.

One of the best sheets was worn-out and old.

The lack of a refrigerator in the room was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t mentioned in the list of facilities, but I kind of took it for granted ..

Underground parking available. Extra cost but worth it. About 300mtrs away.Lady & Gentleman at reception very helpful & had z nice smile. Nice little balcony.Good location.12€ for the evening Buffet. Incredible value for money!

No bar staff at times!

The staff were very friendly and made us very welcome, the dining room was spotlessly clean, the location was very good, they even gave us a free room upgrade to a sea view

There were no teabags for breakfast, it caters to the Spanish mainly, there was no cold milk for breakfast, only warm. The rooms had no fridge or tea making facilities and no English speaking tv channels

Poor access for disabled. No access from garage and front access by stair lift requiring staff assistance.

Very good location close to beach ,very friendly staff, it was perfect for 2 nights ,food was good and price for the stay too.

We didn’t have a balcony and the shower was a little bit tight.

Our stay coincided with a large group of young hockey players staying at the hotel as well with their families. The result was that it was all very noisy and cramped at mea times. Ok the rest of the time.

Lady on reception was super helpful and very welcoming. Good location a few minutes from beach but no sea views. Close to lots of restaurants.
