The pool

Food was horrendous We were full board We went into restaurant most days Usually ended up with a bit of fruitTried the burger on the first day -rawOmelettes- cold not even under heat lampWe ate out every day

The property itself was in a good location. Walk left or right as soon as you come out the entrance doors and your in the heart of it. And most best, you don't get no noise from the surrounding bars/restaurants, they are just far enough. Staff were very accommodating and I arrived 3 hours early and the lady behind the desk checked me in no problems.

Only thing is that there was no coffee facilities in the room.

We have been travelling to Benidorm every year for the past 20 years and I can't believe we have only just found this gem. I can't think of a negative. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, and the breakfast was amazing, it even provided free Prosecco!!

If I had to search for anything negative, the only thing would be that not all rooms face the pool, however we were not there for the pool and used the hotel as a base. Pool view rooms can obviously be asked for if required.

Staff were lovely, food... so much choice.. and lovely too. Nipping clean.

The stay was fine no problems I was expecting to be staying in the main hotel part but that’s fine, but the room I stayed in was damp and had black mould in the corners, I was charged an extra £200 on arrival as a deposit I’m still yet to receive them funds back I wouldn’t recommend staying there

Hotel was clean, staff friendly and location is good - we only had breakfast, and there was plenty food to choose from. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

The hotel was spotless, staff were all professional and friendly, great facilities including a heated pool.Would definitely recommend.

The location is great. It’s central to the new and old town. The staff were warm and friendly throughout. The rooms are great with comfortable beds. Shower was powerful. Pool area was spacious with good sized pools however both pools were too cold to use due to the time of year. Breakfast was average however the evening meal was good with a good selection of choices.

The hotel appears to mainly cater to elderly Spanish people. We read reviews that explained this previously and were quite looking forward to this as we were looking forward to relaxing at the hotel. We were surprised at how rude these guests were. We were a younger group (but not much younger) and we were elbowed out the way and pushed in front off whenever trying to use the dining room. These guests didn’t know how to queue and would simply push in. It was funny on the first couple of days but frustrating towards the end of the holiday.

Great location,Staff very friendly and helpful.Allocated a 1 bedroom apartment in the "suite" annex which was a lovely surprise.

Dining room can be very busy due to number of guests staying at the hotel, but catering are always replenishing so plenty of options available.

This hotel was fabulous. Amazing staff and great location beside the beach and old town. The staff always went over and beyond. We were a group of 15 ranging from age 80 to 20 celebrating a 60th birthday and we all had the best time here. The hotel was so so clean and there was always plenty of variety in the resturant. We were all inclusive and it was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Los Alamos and all the staff for the cake, the balloons and for making our stay so special. We didnt want to leave.

Very clean & well kept hotel. Food was amazing & the rooms were very comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful.

Even though the rooms were very comfortable they are on the small side along with the bathroom & shower.

Chips were a bit cold

Good beds, great food, and very nice waitress and personnel working in the hotel. Very close to the beach and center.

Hotel was more like a 2-3 star hotel, with very basic rooms. Both rooms we booked had ants, facilities were very basic, and one day we had no heating in both rooms (which we reported and was eventually fixed). Parking exit had a bump that should be fixed. They should also include water when food is not all-inclusive for those who don't want wine or other drinks and prefer to pay upfront.
