Lovely hotel Great staff very friendly , excellent location .

only very small criticism was they had cards over the food but didn't tell you what the food .For example on the last night we had a lovely pie but we dont even know what pie it was ?.

Great position, rooftop pool and bar. Spotlessly clean.

Booked 2 rooms, the air conditioning was not working in any of them and got told it was because they were still set for winter, had to keep window open and there was a lot of noise, also had cockroach in room not sure if this was because of keeping window open , the small pool was not clean, good selection at breakfast and great staff and dining room was really clean, hotel was in a great location, and if we had air conditioning which we paid for , it would have been a better experience and would have been able to sleep .

Staff were super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room didn't have a dressing mirror to do make up or hair. Had to use plug socket in bathroom to use straigtners. Not ideal as was right by the bathroom sink.?

The hotel is great with the exception being that because they hadn’t switched the air conditioning to Summer mode it was very hot.It meant that we had to keep the windows open and the road noise outside was very loud, so sleeping was a problem!

Great location, very modern, superb shower, great staff, arranged our transfers.

Not really a didn't like. After 3 nights I asked for a topper for my bed, and received it that day.

very clean, excellent location and really nice bar/ lounge area. Staff were exceptional. Was a couple of minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stop which was really convenient.

pool is not heated so was too cold in November, would have been nice to go in it as the weather was nice but the water too cold

The room was very bright and clean. I like the balcony and the mini fridge

It could have coffee/tea facilities in the room to make a quick couple of tea or coffee when the restaurant is closed

Location good, nice bar area and reception. Cleaned regularly.

Balcony small and not a great outlook, however ok for a january.

Location was perfect. Great roof top bar by the pool that was open in late November

The area near the harbour in the old town was perfect

Nothing was wrong with the hotel, just a note!! Be careful of pick pockets and especially if you are wearing gold chains, one of our group one evening had a very expensive chain ripped from his neck. It was so quick and they ran off!!

The location was excellent. The staff at reception were happy, helpful and polite. Nothing was to much trouble.

Constant smell of sewerage in the bathroom we informed reception and cleaners but smell still continues till end of our stay

Great location in the old town, close to everything, the room was really nice as were the public areas, it was super clean and had a really nice ambience, the staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent, happy to recommend

Location was perfect, staff friendly and helpful, really good choice of food (full board) hotel was lovely and clean

All food was superb and there was enough variety. Service was good and the area was exceptionally clean. We came the same time last year (8 of us in 2023 and 14 this year) and the hotel seemed much much busier this year.
