Food was loverly and spotless clean . Bar area nice and reasonable price . Staff very friendly . Room was a bit dated but no issue

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Up a hill and not easy for me with my legs

A bit dated, but very clean and felt really safe. Was full board and food was amazing, great choice.

Noisy especially room 614 which had thuds and bangs from the lift mechanism.The first room 516 was an inside room which opened up to a tiny balcony in the shaft of the hotel only room for one person.On complaining we were given 614 above(Had to pay extra for this room)but couldn’t stand the lift noise (Bianca on reception did accept we weren’t the first to complain)so complained again and were finally given a decent room (308)3rd floor with balcony.Food on first day was ok but went downhill after, not good all, recycled in many cases but worst of all was that a lot of the food was cold.Breakfast just not acceptable.Also shocked to find that on the last day when we went to the luggage collection room,we found the door OPEN when it’s supposedly to be safe and locked,anybody could have run off with luggage.The Question is , why did they give us a room (614) when they knew it was unacceptable due to noises from the lift.

Very clean ,rooms , food ok

Very poor reception and bar staff appalling,no one there half the time ,maintance man behind bar all time serving is self sneezing all over bar lazy , shouting joking about behind bar ,, entrance always smoking staff couldn't get in door way very rude,I will never go back again ,once great hotel know very average,

Room small with no balcony

Only problem was room was facing a wall very little natural light. And bathroom very dark. In general nice hotel. Staff could not do enough to help..

Passable

Small, hot single room with small window that goes out to some kind of a smelly shaft. No air to breath in and very warm with noisy air-conditioning.

Good location up a hill in the old town. Pleasant 20 minute walk to the strip. Very clean hotel. Comfortable single room

The shower had to be hand held. Shifted temperature quite a bit.

Clean, neat and tidy. Location was perfect for everything that you need, it was quiet in the evenings. Everything on the doorstep.

The only point that I would say is that there were no facilities for getting changed and showered if you have an evening flight as we did. We used the toilets on the ground floor.

Food was not for my liking

The hotel is in a quiet location, exactly what I need on vacation. Despite this, it is only a stone's throw from the beach and Ze Trump. The breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired. Lunch is also possible. The hotel has many years of experience and is a very clean and well-kept environment with an outdoor pool. The staff are very friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. I would be happy to come back.

It was immaculate the cleaners never stopped the place was spotless the reception staff were very helpful

Fine place for me. Good room, ensuite and pleasant breakfast.

Parking is a challenge. But there is some free parking available if you are prepared to walk about 20 mins

Nothing it should state only Spanish only or you get treated like shit

The staff only accommodate for Spanish We were half board went down for tea few times ser table an the staff moved r cutlery when we went up for dinner an Spanish took r table so we didn’t go back

I've stayed there quite a few times (15) it's nice and clean plenty of food choice ,it's had a new front on the hotel a new bar area and furniture,new table and chairs for the balcony and outside area,saw a few new members of staff this time Iam sure they will stay there ,well done camposol

Single rooms are a bit small and no balcony,but still a good price etc
