Hotel Gold Arcos 4 Sup - Modern Luxury Experience

Rooms great, new hotel, perfect noise canceling windows, tous soap and shampoo, swimming pool with great view.

Front desk manager is unreasonable. We spent almost 1 hour to prove we were right, she didn¿t care and just tried to be not involved. Had to show her step by step how online booking system works. Breakfast is mediocre, I would say 3* hotel breakfast.

Spacious rooms with good sized balcony. Rooftop bar/cafe. We liked the location

The shower in the bathroom leaked water into the main body of the bath room and also into the bedroom. We had to use towels to dry the floors

Facilities, clean and food was excellent.

This is probably out with the staffs control, however the pub attached at the bottom of the hotel there are a number of people asking if you want drugs as soon as you leave the hotel entrance , this is even worse when making your way back to the hotel, this could be wanting for elderly people and something the hotel needs to address,

The room was incredibly big with a generous balcony, the shower was great but did have some leakage however the amenities were fantastic, the arches bar is a really nice place to sit and the rooftop bar, although loud, is a nice place to hang out and have a drink beside the pool. The breakfast is great too with good options outside of the usual 'English' breakfast fare. Parking is under the hotel and cheap for a secure space in the middle of the city.

The music was too loud at the rooftop pool but they were happy to turn it down, we had a bed that was raised up in a cleaning mode on entry and the staff would not lower it until the next day because the housework people were not in the building.

Clean comfortable central Even though it was in the middle of the nastiest English Little Britian trash area it upheld a decent level of quality!

The cooked breakfast was poor unless you took the fruit and cereal. The coffee machines were not very efficient and the coffee was not good.

Parking information could have been better. We were told that we could park on the street at anytime but that wasn't the case and consequently one of our party received a ticket.

I would definitely add some veggies and salads to breakfast buffet. Thats the only reason i gave 9 stars.

The pool area had limited space for wheelchair and top most sun terrace not accessible. Not a deal breaker though.

Overall it is a fabulous hotel and if the food was brought up to the same standard it would be the best hotel in Benidorm in my opinion

The food is poor. I was invited to meet with the manager and he was open and honest about the standard of the food. He accepted that there is a problem but he has only been there for 7 weeks. I believed him when he said that getting the food quality to an acceptable level was a priority

Great hotel in a great location. Really clean and large rooms, very modern. Had absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend staying here.
