Hotel Cuco

Excellent friendly staff and decent balcony in the room with a clear view. Room was big but badly organized (furniture in the middle of the room, harsh lighting).

Room appliances old and broken (bathroom mirror broken, toilet paper holder not properly fixed, bathroom sliding door broken)Missing mini fridge, coffee machine and a couple of mugs/glasses in the roomFood variety and quality really poor, buffet not properly refilled during the dinner, missing eggs or jam for 2 days in a row.The station for the fresh grilled fish or meat was a fake, the chef was there but he cooked in advanced so all was cold and chewy.

Good location for value for money. Clean, Great shower plus WiFi. Nice facilities & staff.

Towels thin and rough. Room was hot (so sadly made it uncomfortable), as no A/C….only heating (should be able to have a cool air supply even thoughout the winter months). Asked for a fan, not available. No fridge or cups in room either (which is strange when they supply a kettle). Buffet breakfast was OK but could do with two coffee machines running. Should also have either fried or scrambled eggs on every day plus boiled eggs (Garden peas for breakfast is also quite odd). Room security box should be free especially if paying for a suite (daily charge even though cheap is bit cheeky).

Price and staff great location to investigate " the other side " of benidorm more restraunts and cafes than pubs and live acts quieter

Paper thin walls very noisy , mind it was during fiestas, represent ed good value for money half price of 4 star style hotels food was good and basic but value for money ? staff were excellent and friendly

staff great room lovely love the sofas in the bar lounge this is our 3rd stay

dinner was not good cold and no taste at all as was breakfast same would not book dinner again also there was no vodka for sale in the bar it was my wife's birthday and she likes a vodka and coke disappointed

This is a clean modern hotel.Very good breakfast choices.Value for money.

Comfortable bed, clean and tidy, breakfast

Room was like a box, the window looked straight into a brick wall void in the middle of the hotel where many other windows looked straight into your room, therefore, unable to open the blinds, and the noise transmitted from every floor into your room which meant you couldn’t open a window as it was soo noisy. They charge to use the safe in the room (never been charged ever before else where )

Good location out of the hustle and bustle, breakfast had a good selection. Reception staff were very friendly.

The view from the basic room is looking into other peoples windows.

beautiful hotel staff lovley check in staff went out of there way only downfall bathroom needs maybe a shelf for your toiletry but apart from that it was great food spot on on all staff lovley thanks for a lovely stay would definitely stay again

The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice,15 min walk to the sandy beach

The rooms over looked a court yard,felt a little claustrophobic with no actual light

Food was good overall. Plenty choice at breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. Only 10 minutes stroll from poniente beach, bars and restaurants

Only thing letting hotel down is swimming pool area.Hard mattress.

Room too small and air conditioning wasn’t working, the view was just a window into the bk of another window shocking. Literally could hear every move in the bathroom next door
