Close to the beach and good breakfast and beds comfortable

Parking was difficult, the hotel had limited parking but it was full..... went to a nearby hotel close to the hotel but it was difficult to get to because of one way streets

Location not bad

The room was sparse and not clean. View was of a shaft.

Room smelt of cigarette smoke, wasn’t very clean or updated.

Tea, coffee and kettle in the rooms. Rooms could be a little bit more updated.

We actually did not end up staying here, the hotel let's smelly homes less Spanish stay here, so would not recommend unless you like the smell of very very bad homeless!

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we had yet another wonderful stay. Excellent food & staff very helpful.

Still only 1 of 2 lifts working, the same as on our 1st visit 2 months ago & long queues for them each time. Also showers in the bath & is difficult for the older customer.

The fire alarm flashed white light every 6 seconds at night…… which was a bit annoying

Location was perfect for the old town of Benidorm, a 15min walk to the beach.

Breakfast was the only thing I think I would say needed to be better. Was still okay though and value for money.

Very good service, excellent staff and super breakfast.

Maybe the shower curtain is due for an upgrade as it was probably a little bit outdated.

The breakfast buffet was great it had everything and more , fantastic choice.Location was great for us with easy walking distance to the old town and the beach bars and restaurants

disappointed with the selection of food on offer. Not sure if it was end of season but variety was lacking. On a good point drinks were included.

Air con in room not very good Cooked Breakfast not hot enough and a lot of processed sausage and bacon.

Check in was great we forgot our passports but had photos of passport but allowed us to stay

Breakfast really poor. No wifi. Broken furnicturr, dirty walls, broken curtains, no plug sockets . Miserable reception staff. Dirty public toilets. No soap. Bathroom shocking state

Hotel was v good, breakfast most varied something for everyone except butter for toast!

Parking was a nightmare even in November. Didn't find a lift to dining room.

Not a lot.

All of the food was cold and not covered.Mould in the bathroom.Towels were threadbare.Lot of dirty marks on the walls of the room.Unable to adjust room temperature as the thermostat did not work.Lots of rust on the balcony.Noisy location.Staff were not nice and very noisy in the restaurant.Went for a little comfort and a relaxing break but never had either.
