Friendly and clean

Food for dinner was mainly tasteless, breakfast was better, lunch average. Lack of hygiene at burger stand , touching the cheese with bare hands and laying it on top of the package it was taken from. No tea bags in room, but kettle… Room was quite small. Low water pressure in shower

Everything: spacious room, great location and comfortable

The breakfast starts at 8am.. which is rather late

Location quite far from the centre of Benidorm at least 30min walk

A giant comfy bed. Large bathroom with double faucets, and, both shower and a bath in the single room. The room was very spacious. Pretty standard but delicious breakfast, good variety of food. Hotel is located in pretty quiet district - we did not hear any noise from open windows during the late hours. Great for a good night sleep!

The only drawback I can recall is that we had to wait quite a long time during check-in process (personal was slow? or it takes a lot of paperwork for them to process guests..). Also having a passport, NOT an eID card seemed to be mandatory - if my partner did not had hers on hand, it seems, the receptionist would not process us. First time something like this happened with my in the EU...Also the lifts are pretty dumb - it feels impossible to get anywhere, because the system does not have a queue systems and goes straight to the latest caller, not to the first desired location. We used stairs 95% of the time. Not a problem for a young people, but certainly can be a trouble for older generation - especially during breakfast hours.

Room had no view,no balcony, food was cold,only one microwave in restaurant. Not much choice.

€15 per night for use of parking facilities

The bathroom was easy to use and plenty of hot water. Rooms were spacious

The beds were like rocks. Even when they added toppers for us they were still hard. Breakfast was good except the hot food wasn’t. I booked parking but when I got there they charged me 15€ per night. It seemed like a hidden cost.

Food was great for an all you can eat Buffett. Room was good size. Very clean

Staff were very helpful and friendly

No tea bags in the room just coffee.

The room and the food are good.

The swimming pool is quite small, noisy and without shade.

The room was spotless, comfortable and good value for money. The staff were fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

There wasn’t anything we did not like about the hotel.

Parking on site . Away enough from the noise but still within walking distance of everything

It is a nice hotel, about 700 m - 1000 m far from the old town and from the beach. The breakfast was ok.

The Hotel.looked modern and well presented.

The room had the most horrendous smell of sewerage, which made me ill.

Two things why have a kettle if no tea coffee etc . Tell people and they could bring there own . 2nd for older people need some grab bars on bathroom. Apart from that fantastic

Location good. Its beside tram station which was excellent ? Good choice for breakfast ?

Could do with better cleaning Also throws on bed need ro be replaced.Washing Toiletries were like water.No bottled water left for coffee making.

Not right in the heart of it all but still close enough.

I know we only stayed one night but unfortunately didn’t have a view out to any of the streets but I guess this will happen in such a built up area.

The breakfast was average. Poor quality of fruit on offer, bruised bananas and apples. One type of yogurt to choose from. Machine coffee tasted like jet fuel. Staff on front desk and cafe were friendly and helpful.

Hotel is more like a 3* and not 4*. Pool area looks tired and uninviting. Fitness area is small with dated equipment. Only received one pillow in the room which was terrible and flat, requested another one but was just as bad. Dirty floors in room obviously not been cleaned properly in ages. The list goes on…

The location is good, a short walk from the sea and old town. There is a lovely park nearby. Check in was easy with English speaking staff.

Breakfast was bland and not well presented and staff unhelpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, and the facilities in need of some attention - loose tiles all round the pool were dangerous, pool toilets unkempt. Only two lifts for the whole hotel.
