It was cheap and cheerful

Food was terrible Restaurant like a prison canteen

Location is little way out from main bars and restaurants, mainly a residential area.. We had half board (breakfast and dinner) All meals were served ranging from cool to tepid,, very crowded , coffee, orange were around in odd places and all had a queue, On the whole, a chaotic experience,Staff were rushing around, too busy to help and plates were whisked away almost before we had finished eating.

Meal times, cold food and an organized chaotic experience. Not a patch on a sister hotel Port Benidorm. However, Staff at reception, bar and household departments, we could not fault.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent. We went to the Lo Festival so it was walking distance which was great for us. The pool was great and the social point downstairs was perfect and played pool a few times while sipping on our cocktails.

The beds were too hard and the pillows flat. There were no extra pillows. The floor in the room was a bit dirty and there was still hair in the shower when we checked in.

Too noisy. Unfortunately our room was directly above the lounge, which blasted music until midnight. The room next door would play different music until almost 2am. Not sure if they were playing theirs loud or if it sounded that way because the walls were too thin. Could hear them sneeze, cough, talk (British). I didn’t get much rest.

Rooms were great - Cleaned daily - Balcony was nice - Bathrooms were very nice too.

The pool wasn’t very nice. The gym included and additional charge which isn’t mentioned in the listing.

Solid location and pay-for-get. The breakfast was excellent and varied.

The hotel is overcrowded, we came in the height of the season, it was to be expected, but it was really overcrowded. The pool is too small for the size of the hotel and therefore unusable. The room was dark, on the first floor, and a hotel air conditioner was constantly humming outside. We stayed for two days, so it was OK, but not for a longer stay.

This hotel is an important destination for the elderly. You can hardly find young residents in the hotel. Also the room was narrow and there was no view

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. The breakfast and dinner had a great variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel is close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall service exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay!

For this price it was really nice stay, food was good and also the staff. Close to the city center.

Good location near Old Town.Good value for money. Great sun deck. Very clean. 90% of clientele are Spanish ( no worries with that). Breakfast was a good quality with plenty of choice.

Some of the staff treated us differently as we were British. Most were polite and there was a young man on Breakfast registration who was welcoming and funny, but there were a couple on reception who treated us with less respect than if we had have been Spanish. We are well travelled and we know the difference.

The draft beer was Amstel. The beds had plastic sheets.

Really out dated rooms there were only 1 plug socket in the room and that was for the tv, we had to use the hairdryer socket in the bathroom. To charge phones,When we arrived in Saturday and we’re using the pool which is freezing there was rubbish in the small section of kids pool that rubbish was still in the pool Monday, It was ok for a short break but wouldn’t recommend it for longer, it was mainly Spanish quest and they definitely were spoken to and treated better than us poor English, not good for people with mobility problems as to many stairs

The location was great, short walk to the beach. Staff were very friendly and we managed to find parking for free as it was a bank holiday. The room was clean and the balcony was nice.

The food was awful, we opted in to full board. Started with dinner and the food was tasteless and cold. Breakfast the same. We didnt bother with lunch and went elsewhere. The food hall was dark and and loud. The shower in the bathroom leaked water when using.

They only have the air conditioning turned on during the summer which was a problem because if your to hot you cannot cool the room down, if your English you don't stand a chance with the Spanish as they are very rude towards you, the food awful, its cold and everything is catered for the spanish, the breakfast is terrible and also cold, if you are staying room only then it's great but don't bother with the food unless you like fish or rabbit or pork cheeks, then go for it!

Clean fresh new spacious excellent location lovely rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Provided maps. Pool amazing. Rooms (I booked 2 rooms as I was a family of 6) both rooms were good size with balcony. Parking was easy to find for a small fee.

Disappointing

The rooms were very dated,when we walked in we nearly choked on cleaning products.The beds were like camp beds just thrown in the room.Also for a room for 4 people,only 1 plug socket in the whole room

Friendly helpful staff, nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools

The variety /quality of the cooked breakfast was below average .This hotel caters mainly for coach parties of Spanish pensioners, therefore, the food and entertainment caters solely for them. They speak very loudly, all at once.No tables and chairs in the sun around the pool, only in the shade on smoking terrace.
