Ambassador Playa I

Location

The free taxi was a joke, it never turned up costing us 90 Euros and more delays.

As always clean spacious. Clean towels and extra pillow

Everything is perfect except I wish there was a few more drawers in the bedside cabinets

It was in a great location.

We were full board, we found the food was nice but it was never very hot.

The room and balcony and tea and coffee making facilities, the room was very clean, the location, breakfast was excellent .

There was not anything I disliked

Great location. Staff were brilliant. Food was very good. Very clean and comfortable ?

Very central near everything, rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed every second day ,nice walk in shower, breakfast was spot on English bacon , food a bit hit and miss but always something to eat, entertainment was excellent every night drink was reasonably priced, overall was an excellent holiday going back in July.

Hotel great, not impressed with benicaldia, very little English spoken got my request wrong.

Central, clean great staff

Excellent location on the strip short walk to the beach, breakfast lunch and dinner was all excellent

The revolving door of youth football teams causing chaos in the corridors in the hotel until 4 in the morning

Leaving

Great location, very helpful staff, lovely food, very clean rooms. Loved everything about it, highly recommend.

Great location, great food, staff where very nice, lovely clean hotel,

Only one receptionist was a bit rude on our arrival, we arrived late, we travelled all day, would have been nice to be meet with a smile, she never told us we could book a safe for 20 euros per week, we went to our rooms and found out, we had to go back down to the receptionist, and que up again, in order to book a safe, it eat into our going out time, it was 11 at night, that's the one and only complained I have, other wise it's a beautiful hotel, lovely staff, I'll be back.

Always clean frendly everything near good food

Nice and clean modern

A great hotel. It's location, staff, facilities and food were very good value for money. The hotel was very clean and rooms had plenty of wardrobe space as well as being nicely furnished. The entertainment in the evening was great, you really didn't need to leave the hotel.

Just 2 small suggestions. Little paper pots to be provided for sauces etc and hooks for towels in the shower. Everything else was perfect.
