Room very basic, looking over construction site.

Very nice hotel lovely staff. Food good, great value. 24hr reception very handy for late flights. which I often have get a delayed flight and that's in but Montpark. No problem whatever time you arrive..

Close to amenities and beach. Lovely room although a little small, a good variety of food at every meal, staff pleasant and helpful. Good value for money.

There was nothing to dislike. The hotel is on a hill so if you have trouble walking it might be a problem

Everything was lovely staff very offish they was only nice to the Spanish entanglement was only Spanish but still had a great time

Ok for me but up a steep hill so take that into consideration. Lifts busy at meal times . Bacon sosages not much cop but plenty other things for breakfast.

Desk staff slow. Guests rude. Too many people going down for dinner. No free drinks. Average food

New Hotel being built next to Port Benidorm so work men at 8am

I have been going to Benidorm for over thirty year,s been in most hotels .i stayed in the sadoes monico all exclusive best Hotel in Benidorm.but how much can you drink how much food can you eat .you never have to leave the hotel .so why go to Benidorm so much to do . I have stayed at this Hotel before ,a budget Hotel up a very steep hill but i knew this. so i got a mobilty scotter .takes the strain. breakfast not very good better to go out for breakfast .i was halve board now the evening meals was the best i have had in any hotel well worth having .and a bottel of house wine 3 to 4 euroes .very pleased with this people demand such a lot now but this time of year still part of the summer season very good value for the money.

breakfast very spanish but hay you get what you pay for

I have stayed at the hotel a few times. The food was ok. breakfast was nice. staff cleaned the tables fast. location is quiet but in 5 mins walk to where the shops and 10 min's walk to the strip which was good.

Good location, decent accommodation and facilities

Cereal was stale. Coffee was not good . Bread rolls were hardfood

Food . I had a bad stomach after eating prawns the next day

Food needs more variety,could do with more than one lift for the size of the hotel. Staff not very pleasant in the restaurant and reception the only exception being the bartender.

Breakfast was awfulSpanish people rude Room was dirty and old, even when moved.

Room cleaned daily.

Very dated. Very Spanish oriented hotel and don’t expect to be served first if you’re are British!.

It’s slightly outdated however, value for money, comfort, location and all staff are superb

Awful food , stayed full board Rooms very Noisy you get to hear all rooms flushing toilets both sides also tv ‘s next door , lots off steps around property only one lift long wait times Yes was cheap but was not nice experience

Location, I got a twin Room,bed ,shower, balcony ,food, 24hr reception

Steep hill to access ok for me but some may find it a struggle. Or just get a cab .

Pool area was nicely done food was ok not bad location five minutes to beach 10 minutes to the strip Morgan's tavern etc located on slight hill maybe not suitable if you have mobility issues although parking for mobility scooter

Room bathroom doors water damaged shower cubicle leaking no control for air con corridors need ventilation windows sealed . .musty smell
