Convenient location ..close to restaurants and beach facilities..close beach was Playa de Levante

As a speaker of English and light conversational Spanish, the front desk staff were almost rude and dismissive. On the first day, being on 4th floor, I got no wifi...when I came downstairs to ask, I was pointed to a small sign on a post and told THIS IS the wifi zone...nothing more

Great location in the old town. Staff great. All Spanish which who were very helpful, polite and professional. Good value.

Sound proof windows would help and a small fridge

Price was reasonable considering it included food. Location was central for old town. Good cleaning of room offered every day.

Staff weren't always particularly friendly and welcoming. Lift is very slow and busy. Food not of a very high standard or choice. Unpleasant smell in communal areas.

The location of the hotel was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from both Playa de Poniente and Playa de Levante, making it perfect for enjoying Benidorm’s beautiful beaches. We booked a half-board stay, and the food was fresh and tasty. While there could have been a bit more variety, we understand that we visited outside the peak season. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Our room on the 6th floor offered a lovely view from the balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value for the price was excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Benidorm.

the hotel were right in the centre of the old town, about 5 minutes walk to the seafront, my room were bigger then i thought it were, and the en-suite bathroom was also much bigger then i expected. the balcony was relaxing to sit on also the balcony door were able to be locked. this room were fabulous for the price, i’m looking forward to staying there again.

the walls were very thin, i could clearly hear my neighbours coughing and talking also there music.

Mainly Spannish guests mostly elderly so no noise or drunks

The hotel was nice and in a good location staff were friendly and helpful and a really enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Location for old town perfect 2 minute walk down slight slope 5 minutes walk for bus to tram station or bus round to Europa st for bus to airport

Reception staff could do with customer training and be a bit more friendly let the hotel down otherwise enjoyed my stay would not advise staying during festival loud music in street until 5 am12th13th November could not sleep not hotels fault would consider staying again if price was wright

I had a lovely bright and airy room with a balcony, at the back of the hotel so no traffic noise. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The food was abundant. I was on half board. Wine not included but a bottle for €4,50. Very jolly dining room staff. Guests 99% Spanish pensioners. It's in a super-convenient position for the Old Town and both beaches. Excellent value.

The dining room is a bit cramped, especially the area around the food where it was often necessary to queue in a limited space. There's no outdoor space at all.

It was easy to get to, clean, good value for money, and walking distance to the beach.

It was very basic, and the air con was on a set timer, and the door to balcony didn't lock.

Location, cheap

Very noisy area and very noisy throughout hotel right through the night.Air-conditioning only on from 1pm-2am and was pouring water out, all over our clothes,walls,tv so had to turn off in 30degree heat to be told it would be a few days before fixed and we was only there for a few days stay.

Very clean and central

I was a little disappointed that someone asked for my key (a family member ) who was staying in a different room , the key was given and she let herself in to sleep in my bed! This could have been anyone !

Breakfast was ok and so was evening meal. Put it this way you could find something you liked. Location was superb couldn't fault it. Central to shops beach etc. very helpful staff. Also found the area quiet at night .

Somewhere to sit like a lounge with comfy chairs. And perhaps a bar in the premises to sit and have a drink would have been nice.

Well located for old town. All the meals are basically Spanish and lots of choice. If this was to your liking, the salad on display was always fresh with a very good selection of food available both at Lunch time and Evening. Every morning cereal , hot Spanish Bacon and eggs, toast, rolls, jams and massive selection of biscuits and cakes. It annoys me to read comments, such a disappointing or poor food - it a two star hotel ! Stayed in this hotel many times, it is always reasonably priced and great value for money. The dining room staff have been there for many years and are exceptionally helpful and friendly as are the cleaners.

There's nothing really to dislike. I was disappointed to see that the once busy cafe had now become a restaurant. For some reason on the retirement of the older very genial reception staff the replacements all seem to lack enthusiasm for the job!

Excellent location. Good value for money.
