The hotel location was brilliant It was clean and tidy at all times Staff very friendly and helpful And pool area always clean

Could have done with tea and coffee facilities in the room as had to wait for the coffee shop down stairs to open at 8am to get a cuppa to take back to my room

Fabulous hotel, rooms small but that didn't matter to us.We are booking for next year too

Cold pool

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable and very nice staff.

We stayed for 4 nights,the hotel is spotless,central to everything, staff very friendly, we didn't eat here,however the coffee is very good

There were a lot of insects in the pool,probably from the high tree's, I didn't swim.

Unfortunately there was so much noise from half 8 on wards with your cleans having conversation out side my door aswell we Mother’s letting there children play in the hall was from 8am on wards.

Was central to where we were visiting.

Couldn’t fault it at all,staff were amazing.room was immaculate.great location for us to walk back and forth to all pride events.

Cheap and cheerful but clean in a good location with everything we needed.

Very friendly staff, clean, good location, good quality food. It's a simple hotel, yes, but it has everything you need for what you pay. Excellent quality-price!

It didn't have a fridge in the room. It would have been be useful sometimes... However, it wasn't a big problem.The interior room, where we stayed in, has little place for hanging clothes, wet towels, etc.But, apart from these details, I have nothing else negative to say about our stay :)

Clean rooms. Amazing location central to all. Easy to access.

Lift was soooooo slow. Food was a stomach filler but not amazing. Air con machine leaked when on, onto the balcony soaking it.

The pool is nice but sometimes its not clean. The walls are thin that we can hear the noise of the other bedroom or in the hallways

Hotel is in a great location. For a 2 star hotel this is a very good hotel and great value for money. The cleaners were excellent, very friendly and rooms cleaned towels changed daily. Air conditioning in room was excellent. Hotel is mainly used by Spanish tourists

Swimming pool is small, TV in room has no uk channels, all channels Spanish speaking

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel food was tasty and good value for money.

Could have done with a tea and coffee tray in the room. So we could have had a hot drink in the morning without having to get dressed and go down stairs.

Most of the staff were friendly, the maids came everyday. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Bar and pool area and reception were nice

No fridge in room to keep bottled water cold and no facilities to get a drink in the room. Although there is a bar next to the pool that sells drinks but doesn't open until about half 8.Aircon was pretty poorAlso no shelf or anywhere to put toiletries in the bathroom so had to put what we could on the sink.

32 euro for a few chips the room was invested with ants, they ate my kebab

It's the cutest little hotel set in such an accessible location to all the restaurants and bars and only a small stroll to the beach. It's just that little bit away from all of the madness so peaceful too. It was immaculately clean and the staff are just so lovely. Sara, Sabine & the whole team are an asset to the hotel. They couldn't do enough for us & are all super friendly.We will definitely be returning.
