The location is good. Nice clean modern hotel.

The locations is good but if you want to be close to the nightlife. The problem in April is the Aircon isn't on as it doesn't get turned on until May and you can't leave the patio doors open as the music outside is too loud. Sunbeds have towels on them for hours with no one coming near them. It was April and by early morning all sunbeds were gone. Can't imagine what summer months would be like. I tried to change the evening meal to lunch as I wanted to go out and eat once on the trip but the reception staff said it wasn't allowed. First hotel I stayed in that refused to allow that

Bad: The noise outside at all ours of the night on the street, The beds in your hotel are very uncomfortable! Also, air-conditioning! there was none, and they wouldn't put it on either! Balcony glass doesn't look safe to me the way it's put into the wall. Good: great price, access to the beach, the food was superb, the rooms were excellently designed, the shower was great, the staff were nice, the beer was a good price. The building is lovely, the entertainment was good. Everything was extremely clean.We enjoyed ourselves.

For a 4* hotel , I think there should be large containers in the shower with bodywash and shampoo and also by wash basin, I find the small sachets useless, most hotels I go ti have them

The spa is wonderful, excellent breakfast, clean tidy rooms, only issue was the air conditioning, but very helpful with supplying a fan

Location right in the middle of nightlife and short walk to seafront and beaches.Two bars, Tropical and Explorer Bar, entertainment every night 7 days a week, 3 different acts in each bar. Buffet restaurant with plenty to suit all tastes.

Very noisy due to location, music in adjacent went on till 4am.

Clean, food was good, good facilities, excellent location. Brilliant shower.

Our fridge did not work. Broken and saggy sunbeds, small lifts that rattle, the interconnecting door that we did not want is very thin, you could hear every word they said next door and heard someone snoring.

Clean & Tidy Hotel, Reception Staff very helpful, Chambermaids excellent and Restaurant so friendly

Hotel is in an ideal location for everything, cleanliness good and food very good. Entertainment and drinks prices were great.

Bed not comfortable, one on a slant and both too firm for us but that will not stop us coming back to this hotel.

Nothing…it was fab

Hotel lovely. If you want tea and coffee replacing in your room you have to pay €5. Staff good. Small fridge, t.v and hairdryer so decent facilities. Entertainment good. ROAD AWFUL... offered drugs openly every day. Lots of stag parties and very drunken groups. Such a shame as been coming to benidorm for years but would never stay in this location again. Tacky!

Dreadful to have to pay for everything- the safe, pool towels, tea and coffee after initial use… it isn’t a budget hotel so this should all be included

Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms.

Cleaners only made beds and provided new towels. Floor and balcony not brushed. Feel that this needs to be improved. The breakfast was lovely however the evening meals were not very good at all.

Everything was super, what I look for is cleanliness hotel was immaculate couldn’t fault nothing. Staff were so kind. Our room was done everyday our room maid was excellent so lovely . Bar staff restaurant staff amazing?Entertainment team was fab also ?

Staff attitude on checking in. Dismissed my room booking told to take it up which agent. Tried charging me for a glass of ice!!!! Charge for little milks in your room. Poor customer service all about making money. Condescending when dealing with our complaint.
