H10 Porto Poniente 4* Sup

The staff was beyond excellent. They all exhibited pride in the hotel and their tasks. Lorena at the front desk went far beyond necessary to assist me with my travel requirements for my return to Madrid. She was always attentive , pleasant and cordial. She is a credit to the Hotel, as helpful as she is beautiful.

As a Solo diner I had to return to the table quickly as the waiters were very quick to clear it

The staff was kind and attentive. Special thanks to Josue at the restaurant, who helped with my diet restrictions. The girls at the breakfast egg station are lovely too. The design of the hotel is extremely tasty.

We stayed 5 nights, but just for the first 2 we got coffee in the room; later on no mas!Noise from the floor above us, pool area.At the check out we were presented costs for drinks from the restaurant which we did not order.VERY slow internet

Location, Staff and cleanliness

Had to queue for breakfast most mornings which was a little annoying

Fabulous location and very nice rooms. We had a junior suite with a sea view. Loved sitting on our patio looking at the ocean and people watching. Amazing breakfast!

Location is great, easy access to the beach, old city, shopping and restaurants.

Shower in the bathrooms do not have safety grab bars to make entering, exiting and bathing.

Everything was great about the hotel and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Definitely staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Good selection in the morning and evening buffet.

The room cleaning was not done properly and could improve. But everything else was great.

Location and cleanliness

The food buffet was chaotic. I am a vegetarian and labels didn’t state if food was vegetarian. There were bowls of fish/meat next to salads so guests were using the same utensils resulting in the meats contaminating the salads. I was there for 3 dinner sittings and there was practically no vegetarian choices of pastas, rices etc. basically all i could eat was potato and vegetables

The decor was nice

The pillows were uncomfortable, the thin sheets and duvet covers were not weighted enough. The breakfast was very average and some of the staff at breakfast were so particular about where we were to sit. Paying to have your pool towels cleaned was cheap.

Beautiful location on the Poniente beach. Just cross the street and you are on the beach or in the Parc d'Elx.A very spacious (30 m²), neat and comfortable room. Also nicely decorated.Spacious and good bathroom with large walk-in shower.The room had a terrace at the back of the building. Unfortunately, not a nice view.As for the room itself, it was one of the most beautiful rooms I ever stayed in while travelling in Spain.Inside the room it was very quiet. During one morning a lady in high heels was pacing around in the room above me. For the rest I did not hear a sound.The staff is very correct, friendly and helpful.When I read some comments about the small dining room and then saw it later in reality, I was very surprised. That room is not small at all. But Hotel10 Porto Poniente is a very large hotel where a lot of people stay. Therefore a piece of advice: Try to have breakfast as early possible in the morning. Most people also go for the dinner buffet as soon as the restaurant opens.Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are really great! No need to look for a restaurant elsewhere in the evening.

As mentioned, the hotel is very large. There are rooms with a sea view. However, many more rooms are located on the side or at the back of the building. Personally, I think that the terrace of those other rooms is of little use (certainly not for travellers who like to go to the beach or like to be outside in Benidorm). When booking, I still had the choice between a room with or without a terrace. Of course with a price difference. However, my experience was that I did not use the terrace at the back. Everyone has their own choice of course.

The staff were just so lovely and helpful at all times, we had our son who was 3 years old, and all the staff knew him by name and always spoke with him and you could see they really loved him, he loved them also especially Maria, but it was a great hotel and in such a quiet area of Benidorm!!!! We will definitely be back x

Upgraded to a junior suite, room was fantastic, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with an amazing shower room. Breakfast was excellent everyday with plenty of fresh choices available.

I upgraded late so wasn’t able to get a sea view room but I was happy with everything else.

Wow ! This hotel is incredible , the rooms , the staff are very attentive and the food was excellent ! I was a Hilton Honors member for 20 years but after staying in this hotel and experiencing first class in everything , I have now signed up as a H10 member ! Thoroughly satisfied , great location right on the beach !

The hotel was lovely from start to finish. The dinner buffet was different every night, and always tasty with a number of choices. The staff were amazing, starting with Ana who checked us in and greeted us with a bright smile when she was at the front desk and we came into or left the hotel. The location was ideal. I could not have asked for a better experience. We will definitely stay there again. And will try other H10 hotels when we travel.

Staff so friendly very clean smells so nice. Rooms lovely bed comfortable and I’ve always got a sun bed I’ve been twice but not in summer.
