Room was functional and clean, no concerns

Would have liked a kettle in the room so i could have made a coffee or tea in the morning

We like it!!Lovely simple room with comfortable beds,nice bathroom and balcony.Service was excellent and bedrooms were cleaned daily!!All staff worked so hard to keep everyone happy and comfortable.They did great job.Really enjoyed my holiday here.

Wasn’t nothing wrong with property,just walls was thin and you heard your neighbours talking

Preferred walking down to beach rather than up.to.hotel in the heat, also shame there were.no sunbeds in next doors hotel only chairs and sofas

for me was perfect, very close to everything and good condition.

breakfast could be more diverse as meat and it was no omelets at all but still an 9 for it.

Our room was at the back so overlooked by building next door.Could have done with some voiles at the window for privacy and so that you can keep the black-out curtains open to let the light in.

We loved our stay here! It exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing, they made us feel so welcome and they where so friendly! The room is good size, comfy beds and a great bathroom, such a comfortable room. It was also quiet and had a nice balcony. Guest can also use pool and facilities at the sister hotel just across the street witch was amazing! Location is also great, quick walk to old town and the beach! I would definitely stay again next time in Benidorm!

The hotel is superb..more like a boutique hotel. Nothing was too much trouble ...extra pillows on request as well as a fan and hairdryer.. One night we stayed at family and I got a text from the hotel asking if I was OK....so impressed..the hotel is so great ...lovely and comfy.. Good location..fabulous staff..Nice breakfast and most of all its spotless

There is nothing not to like about the hotel therefore I hate to say and I hasten to add its not the hotels fault but the parking is horrendous..but there is a car park around the back at approx £16 per stay overnight as its private If your lucky enough to find blue parking in the street its free overnight and 1 euro for 2 hours in the morning starting from 9am till 11am..White parking is free all day..The area is very residential hence 70 % of the area is for residents only

The Rosabel has nothing in the way of pools etc but that and more is available at the sister hotel across the street. It is ideal as a base for accessing Benidorm old town and beyond. It is spotlessly clean modern and well maintained. The breakfast room was excellent as was the inclusive breakfast.

Daily Cleaning and the sympathy staff

I have to point 2 things, the quality of the mattress and the air conditioning. The bedroom was nice but the quality of the mattresses were poor.... really poor.In my bedroom with double beds, one of them was hard and the other was soft in the middle .... Regarding the air conditioning, I booked this hotel because was one of the ones with air conditioning working/available/turned on in May, but when I arrived there... The air conditioning was not activated, it will only be activated since the middle of May ( info not provided during the booking )In sum ... to sleep I had to open the balcony door and the window during the night to cool the room.However the staff was nice offering a portable ( full of rust and dust ). I never used.

I have stayed before love it brilliant staff and absolutely spotless ?. Location is brilliant..Well done to you .The only thing it's not crucial but would have loved a fridge in the room .....Would stay again tho ?

Big beds, big bathroom, very clean and comfortable.

A kettle would be an advantage but just a suggestion as it did not spoil our stay.

Very affordable and in decent location only five minutes from old town centre and beach

Staff trued to charge me again on checking out and had no cash to repay the deposit for safe key

For a continental it was good. Would have liked something hot, bacon,sausage etc.

A fridge in the room, you could fit a small one in easily under the dresser. A tea tray would be a good extra.

Central location to old town and clean

I wasn't really happy about being served part breakfast...I expected that during the pandemic but I travel a lot and all hotels now have returned to normal full buffet self service ,this is a small hotel so I cannot see why they still need part waiter service at breakfast ...maybe it is the norm ,but I prefer to help myself.
