Hotel Tropic

Very clean room, nice staff and lovely breakfast. I would go back there.

Rooms clean, comfortable beds. Food very tasty, varied. Small swimming pool.

No fridge in the room.

Joahim in the restaurant is marvelous and his team were amazing. and Fabians in Alone.

Sergio had left but the new team were excellent.

I liked the food but air con in commin areas was bad in restaurant too. The loud entertainment is not good in open spaces all room hear the noise.

The entertainment was too loud , the windows were very bad quality and you hear everything. The hotel is not for famikues with babies below 2 years old. I dont like that it permits pets as dogs were barking in some rooms

The room was clean, the food was really good quality and lots of seafood. We arrived at the hotel at 22.50 and were greeted with a late dinner.

Didn’t not work club for the child

10-15 minute walk from the beach located in a one-way street so almost no traffic. The food was excellent. We haven't had so many sea food in even 5* hotels before. Not a huge selection, but really good! You need to pay extra for beverage during lunch/dinner but the price is very reasonable (2 eur for a glass of wine).

The entertainment was really loud and finished around 11.30PM. They were renovating the pool during our whole stay so we couldn't try it, however we could use the pool in the next door hotel which was even better. But it was pretty cold.

We liked our balcony and the kindness of the reception,bar and housekeeping staff

Didn't like our room which was next the centre of operations of the hotel our first room, 105 was very noisy from the fridge compressors . We were moved to room 104 which was extremely noisy from 5am on and got all kitchen aromas. It was also an invalid adapted room with all switches at chair height and specialized bathroom. Limiting the amount of space available for the beds etc.

I like the location as you are still able to get to Benidorm by bus but you’re not in the thick of it. The beach in Cala de Finestrat is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and the food is good.

Clean rooms. Personel was very nice. Good localization. There are many places to park a car in november. I reccomend this hotel.

Small rooms. We have 4 day and day by day breakfast and dinner getting worse. But still average tasty.

lovely little hotel, We have always stayed in Benidorm but it was nice to be outside of the busy center, beautiful alcove few minutes walk away with bars and restaurants and a lovely little beach.Car parking was easy, the drive to the centre took us 10 minutes.The hotel was lovely its sister hotel is directly opposite so we used facilities at both, good choice of food and clean rooms,overall lovely stay.

A very nice hotel, a varied menu of a good standard, super friendly staff. Convenient location to walk to the beach, nice to be able to use the the nearby sister hotel.good bus links with Benidorm.

Nothing everything was good

The staff were super friendly, the place was spotlessly clean. The food was fine for us. Enough choice. We managed to find free parking. Bus very near by to get to town. Comfortable beds. Clean towels every day and bed made up if you wished. WiFi all over hotel.

Nothing really, just couldn't move the car in case couldn't find space again and not much live entertainment in the evening and no UK TV.

Rooms are nice , good walk-in shower, comfy clean beds. The area of Finestrat is lovely

We were half board and the food was a bit hit and Miss, mostly aimed at Spanish so sometimes we didn’t like some of the food . The entertainment in Tropic wasn’t great but you are allowed to go to the hotel Alone in front of the tropic , their entertainment was better (although all in Spanish , so you have to be able to have some grasp of their language )

Service and food and rooms.

No minibar/ fridge in room . No English tv channels. Very little parking on site, so difficulty in finding parking spaces near hotel. Food on the whole was fresh and great choices but was let down by the poor quality of the breakfast fruit juices.

The facilities were great, rooms are clean, swimming pool is clean, not too busy and suitable for kids. No vegetarian options on the buffet (chronic in Spain and Portugal) but the staff did the extra mile to accommodate my needs, cooking something specially for me, which was actually quite good. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Beds are a bit too firm. No fridge in the room, without the possibility of eventually renting one for a fee. I've been in hotels which had fridges for a daily fee. Sun loungers aren't adjustable making them kinda useless

Friendly and helpful staff, great wifi quality (I was able to use a remote desktop connection without any issues), excellent location.
