The food was exceptional! Staff very friendly and supportive. The pool was great, kids loved it.

It is a bit further from the beach, but if you are not with small children, this is not an issue, it's 10 minutes walking distance to the beautiful Benidorm beach.

I bit noisy but on first floor so expected.

The food was very good. There was always something tasty to eat. The staff was generally helpful.

We didn't have a fridge in our room. The air conditioning worked but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while so we didn't use it.

Walls thin and was very noisy. Tv no English and very limited. Food wasn't catered for English .

My daughter loved that there were pools, playground and dancing every night (and sometimes in the afternoon). The staff were friendly. The rooms are well equipped, although a small fridge could do wonders.

You could find some plates and mugs in the buffet with stains on them every night. The walls are very thin, we could hear our neighbor snoring from one side, and the TV all night long, from the other side. But this is not something the hotel can improve unfortunately.

the pool for the kids was brilliant wasn't crowded could always gey sun lounger or seat. rooms was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly and helpful couldn't fault them especially as we spoke no Spanish one man took out his fone with a translator to understand that my son was unwell and what we required, imidetly offered medical help.one cleaning lady in the evening was amazing when my son vomited all over the floor and himself, she quick to come and help, was friendly and so helpful even helped clean the buggy what a lovely member of staff.

the food choice was poor, this could be improved it was very repetitive and we felt it had little diversity mainly for the Spanish holiday makers. our family of 5 all got sick vomiting/diarrhoea. we felt like some of the other guests didn't like us to be there as we where british some horrible looks and with what little Spanish I know nasty remarks, I will say this was a select few mainly older generation. entertainment was for older people nothing for young kids they got board the pool was their saving grace. it was also on very late in the evening.

Close to the beach and pull outside was amazing

Bored and unprepared staff. Because I didn't have dinner included, I asked to pay and for one of the evenings I was asked for a different amount compared to the other twoI asked for glass of wine but the waitress just poured to the glass with out asking if I wanted that kind of wine At the pool area the lemonade was different , one with crushed ice and the next one with cubes

All activities and entertainment were through spanish, very little English spoken which made it difficult for kids to join many activities

This hotel is not everyone cup of tea, but who loves Spanish food and music- right place to stay.I love atmosphere, Spanish dancing every night, lots of local food, lots of seafood and fish dishes.

Kids didn't like Spanish food, as they are pizza eaters

It was a lovely quiet area for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and the bus stop was right outside the hotel

Hotel was clean overall, food was varied and good, reception staff always helpful and friendly. Location was quiet and only a 20 minute bus journey to central Benidorm. Finestrat beach only a 10 minute walk away and plenty of shops and supermarket near by and a few bars

Felt a little bit like a 2nd class citizen as the hotel is oriented towards Spanish pensioners which isn’t mentioned on booking by booking.com, it was felt most in the restaurant as on a couple of occasions we weren’t even greeted or offered drinks by the staff yet every Spanish speaking customer was asked immediately on arrival what drinks they would like and greeted with open arms, we had to chase to get a bottle of water.Also tried to order a drink at the bar but this was frowned upon, they preferred you to sit down at a table and wait even if there was no one else about, also the lifts were a nightmare as majority of the time only one working and it stopped at every floor even with no one on the floors. A few rude guests pushing in and thinking they are more important than other guests but the hotel can’t help that, an elderly gentleman was waiting on a lift in front of us and a couple pushed past him and took the lift before he could get in !

It was a walkibg distance to the beach. Easy access by public transport to anywhere but nice and quiet at sleep time.

Poolside sunloungers need mattresses. Entertainment was purely Spanish-speaking ...very good though if ur spanish.

TV remote only had 4 buttons. So unable to convert English programmes to English soundtrack.

Breakfast was ok plenty of variety the only complaint I have is the eggs were always cold other than that it was good The bed was very comfy and bathroom was good

Lighting in the rooms could be better it was quite dark in there and possibly a few more plug sockets
