Staff great. Very clean. Good food. Good facilities.

Would be nice if they heated the pool a bit - stayed twice now and this limited enjoyment of the pool. Maybe even just the 'hot tub' connected to the pool.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the all inclusive was a plus. Breakfast, lunch and dinner the variety of delicious food and the attentive service from the employees was wonderful. Drinks were great, activities outside and in the pool was fun for me and the family. Everyone was extremely nice from the beginning to end. Benidorm was just the right place to visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and can't wait to go back! Levante Beach close by and different bars and stores, the views were just amazing!

Everything from the minute we walked in to the last good bye was exeptional.Staff absolutely perfect, smiley, helpfull, pleasant. Food - great variety , fresh, tasty. Caviar and champange for breakfast!!!Clean, modern rooms. Overal 11/10 :)

The hotel is ideally located. A 4 min walk from the beach & midway between the old town & Benidorm square. The staff are very friendly, the facilities are clean & the food/drinks options were great value for money. The rooms are ample size. A few negatives: 1. The pool area was a bit chaotic trying to find a lounger in the sun, a lot of people reserving beds really early then not using them half the day. 2. Our bathroom had a really disgusting smell, I assume this was due to the fact we were on the 16th (top) floor & it must be difficult to get the water pressure up in an older style building.

Small indoor spaces if the weather was bad Entertainment was awful but young Dutch man on DJ very nice person Food mediocre Lift wait times and one broken lift €15 per night car park fee perhaps lowering the charge to €10

Returning stay. Very comfortable always clean, staff friendly, food options excellent, i always regard this as great value for money and have paid more for less.

Quite small lounge and pool area.

Buffet breakfast was bountiful and very good.Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the old town one way, and a 10 min walk to The Strip in the opposite direction.The Spa Circuit was very relaxing.Pool area very clean.Rooms were well equipped and modern.

The dining experience was excellent as always.

Shower head needs to be changed. Some electrical and data sockets not working.A general maintenance check would help.

Good location, nice rooms, friendly staff. Really good choice of food daily and well presented.

Not having use of the indoor pool and spa unless willing to pay for treatments. Also difficulty with booking treatments as the reception was not always manned.

Location is spot on, facilities in the hotel were great including the spa, meals had plenty of selection.Staff are friendly and helpful.

No coffee or tea available at lunch/dinner time.No brew kit on the room, had to ask at the bar.

being picky>>>>>>> maybe a themed night??The All Inc, doesn`t cover many branded spirits and its not the cheapest hotel around so I think a few thrown in would be perfect.

Comfortable room, hotel very clean and good location. Food selection good. The girl organising entertainment was brilliant and had good rapport with the guests and lower bar entertaining area was both comfortable and spacious. Bar staff were very efficient and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Not enough inside seating so on bad weather days, nowhere to sit in the bar area during daytime. The pigeons were a nuisance outside, need to try and deter them, not helped by guests feeding them despite signs not to do so! Most of the restaurant staff were very good but on occasions used plates piled up on the side of the table and weren't removed for some time. On arrival there was just one receptionist although it was busy, other times when quiet, there were two. It took 40 minutes queueing to check in, despite having already done online check in ?

Clean and comfortable hotel. The food was very good.

No air con available (it was very hot and no fan offered).

I love a good breakfast and that one was excellent.We had a huge suite for disabled people (note: there are only 7 available) with a separate sitting room. My only "complained" is the low toilet (with hand grips and all but a bit low).Otherwise it was superb.

To our dismay the spa was closed during our stay for maintenance. It might be a good idea to inquire before booking if that is important to someone.

Had a fantastic relaxing 6 night stay , it’s a great hotel in a very good location , loved the daily activities and Judith is an absolute star she goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and get people involved.
