Staff, location and how clean it was

I liked the staff. Really good !! The location for young people is really good, if you want to go to the discotek, the beach is just feav meters from the hotel and the room was okey:)

I thing that was nothing i didnt like because im young and where there to clubbing and have fun.

This hotel was very central to the neon lights of the strip. That suited us as we were there for couple days on a stag doo. Extremely clean, beds very comfy and the price was great Managed a few hours round the pool which was great as sat in the sun, pool decent and not over busy. Rooms not that big but did the job. I really would recommend if you are a group even adult couple ok but definitely wouldnt recommend if you are a young family with kids as people coming in all times of the night.

Maybe size of the room having 3 beds squeezed in but that really is nit picking. Great stay overall

Ideal location..only 5 floors so no getting dizzy on your balcony..reception helpful

Paper thin walls...lots of shouting from balcony to balcony..more for younger people.

Our group had a great stay at the Hotel Perla. It is in a good location with the bars and beach only a short walk away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Sylvia and her team were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others planning a trip to Benidorm.

Hotel is adequate in a good location for bars and restaurant. We have used the hotel numerous times in the past due to location and staff.

Obnoxious, unhelpful, sarcastic female reception clerk who seems to have rubbed off on the second member of staff.Night time gentleman was a pleasure to deal with, however we will not return in future. The amount of hotels in Benidorm gives too much variety and value for moneyfor me to return to the perla.

This was a last minute booking due to a change in our previous accommodation. On entering the hotel the staff were very welcoming. check-in was not but 3 pm but we could leave our cases in a room next to reception. Could not fault the room - we were on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. Room was spotless with towel change every day if needed. The location is within a 5 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants but far enough away so not bothered by any noise. Late check out is possible for a small fee right up until 6 pm which we took advantage of.

No fridge in the room - if you want one it is €5 per day.

Noise there was a night club 10 yards over the road and the traffic noise was awful

This is 10th time stayed in this hotel perfect location very clean staff friendly and very accommodating

The location was fantastic. Close by all restaurants, bars and the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable.
