Everything, excellent location in the old town and on the coast, staff very nice especially 2 owners who are brothers, both very kind, friendly and very helpful, very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, great shower, great air conditioning, would stay here again, great value for money and highly recommend Tom and Mary

The position of the hotel was fantastic next to the marina and beach.and between the old and new town the staff were very helpful and polite. Had a great time.

The room was lovely & spotlessly clean, housekeeping came daily, we were given toiletries & fresh towels. The fridge and aircon worked perfectly. We were also given towels for the sun loungers on the terrace balcony & the view from our room was absolutely amazing!!! :) The staff were lovely and the location was amazing, we will definitely book there again.

Our 4th time here. We love this hotel. The views, the room, location, helpful owners. We enjoy sitting on balcony, glass of wine just looking at the scenery.

Lovely Gem of a hotel located in the heart of the Old Town. Super friendly staff. Amazing views from the balcony every evening watching the sunsets. The hotel is basic but it has everthing you need. The shower is amazing. Beds are super comfy. Everthing is positive highly recommend.

The best thing about this hotel is the location in the Old Town and the sea views.Rooms with the street views are very basic indeed, everything you need, in terms of air conditioning, shower and a bed, but that’s it.

Room with street view. It’s a one star hotel… no pool or restaurant. Small bar with terrace for coffee in the morning.

The room was spotless and bigger than expected. The minifridge was handy for some cool drinks. And the little cafe / lounge area was nice for when you just wanted a cup of tea.

Some of the fittings in the bathroom were loose, but everything was in working order. There was only one free socket for plugging in a charger.

Central to everywhere we wanted to go . Clean and very friendly staff . We took travel kettle with us as wasn’t one in the room .

We had an absolutely beautiful beach view seeing over the city scape on that side of the hotel.It was very clean and comfortable.The shower and bathroom facilities were perfect for the humid season.The staff were very polite and understanding.The hotel location was perfect for shopping, wining and dining.

We didn't have a tea and coffee station in our room.

Lovely hotel, amazing view and very accommodating staff. Great location ? everything you need on your door step. Clean rooms with great air con. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Nothing was lovely

Exceptional location, very friendly staff, basic facilities within room but exactly as described and in line with the Rating for the hotel. Aircon was very efficient. Overall Quiet and very comfortable. We had a great time. Fully recommend this lovely little hotel

Paying for Safety Deposit box.The Room cleaning was done daily but only to quite a basic level. The balcony was never swept, and very sandy so we were permanently walking sand into the room. We were there for 3 weeks so we bought a small broom and did it ourselves.

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the lovely beach beside it, the staff were very nice and helped us with luggage, id highly recommend this hotel, loved the old town with its quirky streets restaurant bars beautiful

The view from the balcony within the main reception are was stunning especially at sunset.Good shower quality.Helpful staff.Great location near to Benidorm old town.

Room did not have a balcony on the opposite side of the building which left us with a view of the opposite apartments.No kettle or safe within the room.

Welcoming staff on reception. Spotlessly clean room. Fabulous view from balcony. Quiet but only a couple of minutes walk from all amenities.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like but an outside light and some shading for the balcony would be nice.

Small point, bathroom needs better lighting, particularly when you use the shower . It is at the top of a sloping street, which may be a problem for some.
