Hotel Brisa

Location is one of the best in the whole of Benidorm.

There is no sound proofing at all between the rooms, above, below, and next door. You can hear everything and if are a deep sleeper no probs but if you’re not then your are awake all hours.

Fantastic location looking out towards the sea, easy to get too and far enough away from the busy bars on the beach front

Location was the best thing. And some of the evening staffWe're friendly.

The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in.The wallpaper over the bed was torn. And the veranda was tiny, with room for only one chair. Not great. If you wanted to sit out together. We arrived down for breakfast at 9.15 and could not get a seat. At 9.55. When we got a seat, there was very little hot food left. Only a few eggs and watery beans.I made two toast and a banana. But it was an effort due to the que of people.Staff seemed very rushed. It seems like there weren't enough tables for the number of rooms. It may be worth them doing a roster for breakfast.To prevent the lack of space and food. I am sure the staff work hard. But our overall experience was not good. It's a shame, considering it has a great location.

Nice clean hotel. Excellent location right on the beach, close to bars and restaurants.Hotel bar was great value - cheaper than a lot of the nearby bars.

The cooked breakfast wasn't so great - all looked a bit grey. After the first morning we went elsewhere for breakfast.There were no sun loungers by the pool so hard to relax in the sun.

Amazing staff great location

Lack of soundproofing in rooms, a tad noisy at night, it's on the sea front so this is to be expected however would have been nice to have a little bit more noise reduction in the room.

Location , cleanliness staff very friendly would definitely stay here again.

Good location

No sun beds. City view room was quite small. They charged me twice so £2000 came out my bank unexpected and left me with no money for the holiday and had to pay the currency transaction fee twice.

Good location and value for money. Breakfast included was nice and view from the room great. All staff were welcoming and pleasant.

For a 4* hotel some of the room facilities were very basic and the fixtures and fittings grubby/rusty/broken/dated. The lighting in the room isn't soft, everything is cool/bright, so it lacks any ambiance for comfortable reading. The beds were quite hard, not very comfy.

There was no shower gel in dispenser and the room was cool. I enjoyed the meals and staff friendly no sun loungers only reclining chairs at pool pity

Excellent hotel, excellent location, and excellent staff. The hotel is spotless. The room was small but very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
