Very good location close to the beach and centre as well, but still it was in a quiet area. Some evenings we paid for the buffet dinner which was really delicious with plenty of choices.

Worst breakfasts we ever had… no choices at all, some very bad looking salamis and one type of cheese, no vegetables at all. There were plenty of pasteries put out which were good, but we would have eaten sandwiches with typical spanish hams and cheeses, vegetables, but nothing. Room was really small and not so tidy.

Location was good. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Air con didn’t work at all. Room was so hot. Shower kept flooding even though a wet room, the drainage was not good. Hotel seemed to only cater for Spanish. I was the only English person there and felt very isolated. Food on offer was very Spanish.

No sunbeds by pool, so it was completely empty, no atmosphere. Pool also partially shaded by building.Quite a walk away, up a hill.

It was clean basic room/hotel with friendly staff.

The fridge in the room was not working.The hairdryer in the bathroom was not working.The complimentary shower gel was only a sachet and the towels the smallest size of bath towel.There were no drinking facilities ....kettle, cups, glasses or water. The fried eggs served for breakfast had probably been sitting there a couple of hours and did not look much like eggs anymore!The corridor lights were on a sensor that only came on when you had struggled in the dark a few paces.

Very rude unhelpful staff ,The other Spanish holidaymakers were ignorant and unfriendly towards us on finding we were British.Staff in the restaurant were particularly rude towards us.Food was disgusting,cold repetitive reheated leftovers from previous meals and had to eat out even though paid full board accommodation.As the only British customers in the hotel,we were left alienated making this an awful overall experience.

Lovely pool and surrounding seating area.Nice food but spoilt by elderly Spanish guests who acted very rudely when waiting for food, you would think they hadn’t eaten in years.

We are just back a couple of days. First of all the hotel was super clean and the staff were all very nice and friendly. Roof top chill zone was great and the main pool was a great size. Fabulous location 5 minutes walk to the beach. all in all great for the money that we payed and would happily stay again.weather was amazing too!

Only negative would be food was a bit repetitive in the evening for dinner but you also got free wine, juice and water included in full board option so all In all great value for money

Food.We had half board and had breakfast and DinnerProblem was that on a couple of occasions we peeped in the restaurant at lunch to compare the food quality and selection compared to Dinner and was both shocked and annoyed to find a big difference in the lunch spread as to the dinner spread. Much better selection and quality on the lunch. Quite annoyed to be honest as we had felt the food going downhill as the week went onHence our reason for nosying at lunch.Another problem is Dinner isn’t served until 8pm at night .

The hotel catered for Spanish clients and not English. All entertainment was Spanish and the breakfast was very Spanish. The bacon eggs etc for breakfast were stone cold whatever time you went for it. Very noisy wen going to bed, could hear neighbours talking till very late and early in the morning

The location is good if you want the nightlife. Its in the centre of old town.

The hotel room and bathroom was very small, the bathroom door would not open as it hit the toilet, the bed was awful, i could feel the springs or wires in my back, the mattress was old and thin and bumpy as if there were rocks underneath my back. The nightlife outside was far too loud, the balcony door was shut and it was not sound proof to any of the noise. It was not relaxed at all.

The room was clean and spacious and overlooked the pool. The bathroom was good size and plenty of towels, shampoo and shower gel

I love the place, the only thing i didn't wanted was the bathroom. I have my 2 year old baby to take a shower but it was so defficult to control the hot and cold water, not so good as well. Lil bit dangerous. We are three people and they only gave us 2 towels.. Then the food was so good but surprising us for dinner is the same food.. Example they cooked rabo de ternera for lunch y la sobra solo han añadido garbanzos junto con la sobra de rabo de ternera por la cena.. Stuff all amable. Especially the recepcionists.

Conveniently located in the centre of town within a walking distance to all major attractions, bars, clubs, restaurants.Nice staff. Cleaniness.

Breakfast was really bad with no salads or vegetables, products of poor quality and tasteless coffee. It should be much better in 3* hotel, especially for the price we paid.

The hotel has a nice comfortable rooms, close to the beach. Cleaning service is good and efficient. Wifi is very good.

Its my second time in the hotel, and since five years ago the quality of food went down. The breakfast is the same everyday, need better ham and cheese, scrambeled egs, pancakes, more fruits... It's very noisy in the restorant, both from guests and from staff taking plates off.There is no fridge in the room, and when you ask they dont give you in the bar.

Quiet location, lots of shops around, beach etc. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Food choice was poor, nothing labelled in English. Small pool area.
