Ayvalık Palas Hotel

breakfast was good

Filthy bathroom, run down hotel.

Central location. Very nice breakfast

Not so clean. Bathroom in a poor shape

Good location.

Only two persons in hotel spike English.Parking problem.

Location is great. Next to the sea, very close to shops, restaurants

Location is good

The cleanliness is awful, the bathroom door is spoilt, the room needs overhaul and serious maintenance to be a hotel. I think its more like a guesthouse but charged a hotel price.

The location is great and the view from the balcony was great. They have an amazing terrace on the roof where the restaurant is

The room and especially bathroom need renovation

Do not stay here. It was dirty, depressing and the AC didn’t work which meant an open door and blaring music all night. No toilet seat. Awful!!!!!

All of it

The sea view from bedroom and Breakfast room

Not welcoming . Needs a major overhaul. Wi Fi broken.

Perfect location ?, very nice view ?, nice staff!!

They could not add an extra bed for an infant although it was marked in the reservation

The personnel was very helpful, the breakfast was good, the location of the hotel is perfect, busses and boats are 5 min away.

Good hotel in the center of Ayvalik. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. The room was comfortable, with a balcony and a sea view.

Probably, the hotel already requires some cosmetic repairs, but I enjoyed it as is :)

Prking,higijena i lokacija

Girl on reception and see view.

All disgustin and stench in bathroom. construction site, parking under the window.

The hotel is very central and is one of the few in Ayvalik to have a parking space, although you are expected to leave your car's keys with the operators in case (and it is often the case) they need to move it around. The breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast; the staff was very cordial and nice.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend. The hotel room (two bedrooms) was in dire need of maintenance and refurbishment, even when considering the lower expectations from a two star hotel. The furniture is old, the air-conditioners loud and noisy and there was a strong musty smell in the room that prevented us from sleeping comfortably. The room wasn't tidied up despite hotel staff clearly having been inside.

Rooms are clean, good breakfast and convenient location

The rooms a a bit shabby and definitely could use some renovation but this is what you pay for

everything is fine

the only thing I didn't like was the big noise from the disco in the evening and I couldn't sleep

location

everything else

Easy location

good parking

He was advising that there was no booking and that he can’t give us any room

The hotel location is really nice!

The hotel bath and the other equipment are too old.
