A lot of price variation for the same dates- certain guests (for a wedding) paid considerably less. Not worth £350 for 2 nights.

It was very clean good and helpful staff very close to port for ship to Midilli but prices are a bit high

There is a charging station for electromobiles, but unfortunately not Type2 for PHEV

The staff is not speaking English.

Room was good, clean, good view, great location.

Services were not available despite what was claimed on website, spa etc not open as wasn't summer.

There is a beautiful pair at the back with incredible sunset views over Greece in the distance.

It would appear that they have tried their best to put in quality fixtures and fittings, for example a large mirror in the bedroom which has a TV built into it which is a nice idea but doesn’t quite function very well. The biggest disappointment was the shower in room 107 actually was like a waterfall spraying water in the shower., over the entire door, across the room and covering pretty much every single part of the room. When I mention it on departure, there is no acknowledgement that it was an issue and maybe this was just a language barrier. So benefit of the doubt.

Location on the waterfront was excellent. Was not in the heart of town. Was a little bit close to the mosque so the chant was audible in the room with the window shut. Loved the free valet parking – was very convenient if you have a car.

The breakfast is quite simple. Bad filter cofee.

Right on waterfront and easy access for driving in and out, unlike rest of Ayvalik. Beds were comfortable for Turkey. Beautiful deck area facing water.

Staff were bit offhand and didn’t provide a lot of instructions on WIFI which is different for overseas tourists. Breakfast was pretty basic and not to usual Turkish standards.

The staff. They were miserable and offered no welcome. They helped me connect to wifi but offered no info about the hotel or surrounds. The hotel felt like it was only partially operational. The bar was empty of guests as were the gardens outside. The coffee machine wasn’t working and a sign on the wall pointed to a patisserie but it was a big empty fridge. The whole place just seemed empty and devoid of any life but there were guest in the dining area at breakfast time.

Location and lovely rooms and modern. Has a beautiful private pier and outside seating to enjoy the view.

Good location, by the sea and the ferry terminal. A bit out of the centre of town, but has parking, which was mainly why we chose it, and is quite a bonus in Ayvalik. Comfortable enough.

A bit tired. Poor quality breakfast, which we gave up on after Day 1. A bit of a DIY feeling to the outdoor seaside terrace, which could be such a lovely feature. Somewhat disinterested staff.

Good location. Everything we needed at walking distance.

Room was roadside and was sometimes noisy from traffic.

Proximity to the ferry dock, and the hotel’s own terrace and dock, perfect for watching the sunset.

It is close to the port so if you do not have a car, it is a comfortable option. The hotel is at the sea front and have a good view for breakfast.

The decoration, material and service in the hotel is cheap and distasteful. It does not worth the price it charges. The staff's behavior was disappointingly unprofessional. I was asked to pay 25 EUR more than the price in booking due to exchange rate. I chose to pay cash in EUR to avoid the extra charges, but they refused to give me a receipt for the cash until I would check out. I asked to pay upon checking out, the staff said 'No pay, no room'! While I had my credit card registered as guarantee with booking. I found it rude and unprofessional. They could not speak much of English and upon discussion with their manager, the problem was solved, but I was already quite upset.

Great for an early morning ferry as it’s a 5 minute walk away. The bed was large and comfortable with 2 good pillows each. Shower was great and some nice toiletries provided like olive oil hand soap.Breakfast was pretty good.The restaurant meal was basic but good, but the outside dock was wonderful to sit and watch the sunset from.

The room was too hot, and it was too noisy to have the air conditioner on.Some aspects of the bathroom are a bit tired, the decor is plain.
