Nilüfer Butik Otel

Comfortable rooms, lovely view, good amenities- even to having a clothes-drying rack for handwashing clothes, which we appreciated. The couple who runs this small hotel is so kind and helpful, and the wife is an excellent cook. Our Turkish breakfasts were fantastic! We received good information ahead of time and during our visit via WhatsApp. Beautiful view of the lovely yard and Aegean Sea beyond the neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. We loved exploring the town of Ayvalik and surrounding area. This family hotel also has a parking space.

This did not impact us, as we had a rental car, but guests might want to know it would be a long walk to the downtown of Ayvalik. Buses are available, and you can walk to that side of town (north) to catch a bus to the main part of town, which is south of there.

Clean, good location and nice hosts

Everything was perfect, great views, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

The rooms and other property facilities were scrupulously clean. We had a sea view and the views were wonderful. Car parking was onsite.

To far from the centre of the town but we were aware of this when booking.

Quite far from city centre (40 mins walking). 10min from bus stop, restaurants and supermarkets

The room was a very good size. The bed and pillows were wonderfully comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. There was also a fridge in the room. Breakfast and garden were lovely.

If you are looking for walking distance to town this isn't it but here you have parking and in town you wouldn't.

Nice garden and the location is good because it's not on the city center of Ayvalik. Very close to the sea. Clean room. Friendly staff.

The breakfast could be a little better!

The hotel is really clean and has beautiful rooms facing the Aegean Sea. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel who is looking for a peaceful atmosphere. Her sey icin tesekkur ederiz.

Nothing to mention.

My cousin and I stayed for three days. We arrived at the hotel early, and since they had vacant rooms, they helped us check in early. The view from the hotel, the comfort, and the cleanliness of the rooms were very good. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and delicious. Thank you for everything.

On the first day, the bread and bagels at breakfast were stale. The location is close to the center, but we generally had to use a taxi instead of public transportation.

Loved the hospitality and attention of Ahmet, the owner. The breakfast was very good. The property has a lovely garden - a nice area to relax outside.

No much we didn’t like. It would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room. The WiFi is patchy and could do with an improvement.

Has a wonderful ambiance from the moment you arrive with lovely gardens, reception and welcoming hosts. The entire property is superbly maintained and there’s a real sense of pride shown. Breakfast is brilliant and very generous with lots of variety. I’d come back here in a heart beat. Nothings a problem!!

We spent the first part of our holiday in Ayvalık in Nilüfer Butik Otel and this stay really made our holiday special for several reasons. When planning our holiday we were looking for a quiet and unique hotel by the sea where we could enjoy our first holiday in three months since we got engaged and this hotel was exactly the type of hotel we were looking for! It is a small family owned hotel, very cozy, located by the sea. It has this cute garden right outside the breakfast area and the whole vibe in this place is just right. We felt really good taken care of by Ahmet and his family and would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a flawless experience in Ayvalık with a genuine and personal touch. Helpful staff, reach breakfast

Restaurants are not in walking distance, driving is required for dinner

Breakfast was excellent, room like a fairytale and very clean. Very good view from the balcony.

It's extremely difficult to find it. Directions are totally wrong, roads with no names. We asked more than 15 people and nobody could help us. Finally a taxi driver told us how to reach it. We stayed in more that 250 hotels in 30 different countries and this one was in the top three in difficulty to find it. No elevator. Guest has to make coffee himself as there is no coffee machine and they do not serve it.

The hotel is small but great. The garden is well maintained and very neat. The owner was very nice and kind. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and will come back again.Breakfast was suppperrr :)
