- The staff were very helpful, and even provided options for room change when I mistakenly selected a smoking room. The hotel is located a short walk from a cheap parking lot, the ferry terminal, and the entertainment district.

- Breakfast was included and the lady on the desk was most friendly and polite. The hotel is very central and close to the ferry and bus terminal.

- The hotel's page on this site shows Okinawan/continental-style breakfast on trays with hot rice and miso soup, but this was NOT what was provided. Instead we were served a choice of cold bento boxes on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is false advertising on the part of the hotel, and was definitely not appreciated, as the food was one of the main reasons for choosing.
- A hotel cannot choose its guests but with paper-thin walls, TVs and the laundry there was a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep on some evenings. The hotel has seen better days - the toilet cisterns take a noisy 10 minutes to refill after a flush. For foreign visitors, I would recommend they avoid this accommodation.
