But when typhoon warning was stand down on our 3rd day , no house keeping was offered ! only change of towels . We think hotel can offer better compensation than just offering 2 free bottle drinks .

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Cheaper than other hotels in the same area but with a balcony over looking the harbour. Great size room even for western standards.

The building is a bit old but the staff provided excellent and friendly service, and the rooms were clean. Furthermore, the location is conveniently close to the ferry port.

A stone's throw from the bus station and port. Free bicycle use a big bonus, and a coherent eco-policy re housekeeping, which I appreciated. Staff professional and pleasant.
The advertising has photos of and suggests that there is a large sitting area outside (on the 3rd floor), which is inaccurate as there is no access except for those taking the breakfast option 6-10a.m. This is misleading advertising.
