Great location. Great friendly staff.

Bathroom shower and sink share the same faucet, little cramped bathroom.

Great breakfast and the room was well equipped and clean. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town and on the main drag of the island. Service was wonderful too. Excellent value for money

There is free sake all you can drink all day long and free amenities, including face masks! The location is great, right in the middle of the city.

Staff were all lovely, it’s super close to the port if you want to visit other islands, the bar is nice and the free drinks throughout the day were appreciated.

There were people consistently smoking on our floor unfortunately, the room was a bit tired and the springs had gone in the bed, breakfast was okay… I think the photos on booking.com are a bit misleading as it shows one nice bit of the lobby but the rest of the hotel doesn’t match that.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location, in city center and close to the harbour. And very convenient for divers : a special room (floor 1) to hang and dry your diving equipment ??

Central location to restaurants, ferry and shopping! The room provided a small refrigerator and safe that we used! Air conditioner that also heated the room was perfect when temperatures dropped to 50's.

Room was smaller than expected but comfortable and clean!

- not really a big issue but the wifi connection was not that good. but I mean it’s the islands, so you wouldn’t really expect high speed Internet.

Property was excellent location if you were planning on ferrying to any of the local islands. It was also next to great restaurants and bars.

Rooms were small but since I was using it to sleep it worked for me.

Lobby was beautiful, good included breakfast. You can borrow beach towels and umbrellas.

Bed was too hard with an old mattress. Rooms smelled like mildew.

Super friendly staff who helped with car bookings, extending my stay and restaurant selections. Great location near the port and plenty of places to eat. Spacious and clean rooms and a roof deck also. Breakfast was also generous with plenty of options.

We asked for a double bed and was given two individual beds. Upon requesting at front desk they couldn’t accommodate our request.The breakfast is very asian oriented and more western options would be appreciated if you don’t want to have dry croissants every morning.

There's only thing that the wifi didn't work in our room which was a inconvenience since we are foreigner and we rely on wifi to do research at night.

Great location, great friendly staff - perfectly clean place

This is a great accommodation very close to the ferry port. The staff was really nice, polite and attentive and our check in and check out went smoothly. Our room was well equipped, modern and clean. There's also a rooftop area we could access, unfortunately due to bad weather we couldn't enjoy this much. There were coin laundry, water fountain and vending machines on our floor that were very convenient to use. The breakfast had great variety and we could have coffee for free during the day as well. The hotel is very eco-conscious and rewarded us for not asking for extra towels or cleaning. The hotel has a sake bar next door that was also great. There's a Family Mart about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Would recommend booking.

We once missed the breakfast because our information sheet displayed breakfast time from 6:30am to 10.00am. Later we discovered that there was a folder in our room stating the last breakfast order is 9:30am, and initially we missed this folder. Maybe it's worth emphasizing more upon check-in that we have to be downstairs by 9:30am the latest to receive food - this is only a problem for the late risers :) I cannot recall anything else I didn't like, this is a great accommodation for a fair price.
