Strangely all the towels I received had stains (not even small it was quite noticable) and the options of the breakfast was not diverse (compared to the picture posted in this website.)

This hotel is an absolute disgrace and a complete scam.They tried to charge me a commission for using a credit card. When I refused, they reacted with an aggressive and threatening attitude, saying, “This is how it will be.” I asked to speak with the hotel manager, only to be told that there is no management staff on-site at all. Even the person responding to me through Booking.com was not at the property—apparently, they live in Hanoi. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous.When I informed them that I would file complaints with the relevant authorities and that charging a commission on card payments is illegal, I also made it clear that I would not make any payment under those conditions. Only then, the next day, they finally accepted my credit card payment without any commission. This shows that the commission charge was entirely illegal and something they were trying to get away with.As for cleanliness and hygiene—things were even worse. My room had cockroaches appear multiple times, and in the B1 floor, where towels were being stored before being sent to the laundry, I saw both rats and cockroaches crawling between the used towels. It was absolutely disgusting.Despite all the positive comments about the breakfast on Booking.com, I couldn’t bring myself to trust it after seeing the hygiene issues. Still, I went down to check. What I experienced was beyond belief: one of the staff members, while I was getting a drink, literally grabbed my glass from my hand, poured himself a drink, and drank it—right in front of me. Then he laughed loudly with his coworkers like it was a joke. The staff were unprofessional, loud, and disrespectful. I was so disgusted, I never went down for breakfast again.This place should not be allowed to operate as a hotel. I strongly urge others to stay away.

If it wasn't for housekeeping. I would have rated this ZERO

On arrival. I was asked to pay. They charged me for the King Deluxe Room. Which l had booked. Although, I was put in a lower paid room, than they had charged me for. On revisiting the reception. I showed them my bookings.com confirmation & the price they charged me corresponded with it. They contacted the management, then took me to a room containing 2 single beds. Again! Not what l booked. They told me, that all the rooms above my floor, that the aircon was not working. I later found out. THIS WAS A LIE! Patrons on the higher floors confirmed this. Reception advised me. That the room with the 2 single beds was the only 1 available. Considering l had already paid, l begrudgely accepted and began settling into the room, shortly after. A knock on the door it was reception asking to show me the bookings.com confirmation. Which l did AGAIN!!!!. They took a photo of it then left. Along with this. NO! cable channels, NO! satelite channels. 5G High speed WIFI (Bulls#$t) it was more intermittent, than high speed. Outdated Flat Screen TV, couldn't even bring up Youtube on it. If management treat their employees they way they treat their patrons. I feel sorry for the employees. The only reason this place did not get a ZERO. Was because of the housekeeping staff.3 things l cannot tollerate: Thiefs, Lies, & Hippocrites. These people will take your money & lie to your face.Note: Bookings.com. There are a lot of negative reviews, but in my experience I didn't see any of the negative aspects mentioned here. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were always smiling, and it was a very comfortable stay for me.

I stayed for 8 nights, but the coffee at breakfast became weak halfway through and the Vietnamese feel was diluted, which was disappointing. The shower head was broken and caused a huge leak during shower.

Our room 1602 was very clean and light with a lovely view of the beach with a balcony.

The one negative we found with this hotel was the breakfast was disappointing with a lack of choice and quantity.

Breakfast was great.. Reception staff so friendly and helpful.. Location right near the beach maybe 2 minutes walk

The telly didn't work

I found the staff to be very friendly, language is a barrier but a smile speaks all languages. If you are friendly to them they will reciprocate it. There was only one young boy that didn't seem like he wanted to be there. They held my room on a daily basis which was wonderful as my husband was in ICU at Vinmec.

A toaster at breakfast would have been great.

Beach view is nice although doesn’t exist like in the pictures. High floors available for less noise and no mosquitoes, nice to open window for fresh air at night. Shower has good pressure and temperature. There is breakfast available.Good bang for your buck.

Wifi was a bit slow and disconnected often. When it is very windy it can get very loud as there is air getting through the balcony door. But most of the time no problem.

The hotel is quilte new and has very beautiful rooms with free coffee power and two bother water everyday if the room for 2 person. You can tell them to help you rent motorcycles it is very convenient.

Remember that the hotel check in at 2pm. I waited so long because I didn't know about it. The double room has ocean views like picture but normal room for 2 people as I lived was just city view.

Location

It was really dirty, the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. Staff tried to force me to pay room charge twice. It was miracle that we weren’t late for our flight, as they just didn’t let us check out.

Not much at all

It was dirty and tired. Aircon did not work. Shower over the toilet The safe was loose and didn’t lockBreakfast was a no go for us. Not 1 person was there eating anything. We left with no refund but we were not staying any more nights there

Bad

My booking was cancelled inspite of booking on booking.com and I was not allowed to stay. I had shown the confirmation message of my booking still they didn't take me in and did not give me a room .

The bed was comfortable and cheap

When we arrived early in the morning a man was asleep on the floor which was a bit strange. Although they let us check in early for a fee, we still had to wait for the room even though no one was in it. The pool was “being cleaned” but clearly just hadn’t been used for a few months. Breakfast was terrible.

The swimming pool and ease of access to and from the city. Restaurants nearby were great. The room was very affordable and spacious.

Staff need to be more active in helping their customers.Buffet for a 4 star hotel could be a bit better in taste wise.

Just very small can be improve that change the new nozzles of the shampoo and shower gel bottles are rusted!

Great location. Incredible views from the pool on floor 21, perfect for a very hot day as its cool. Beach views from the balcony which was lovely. Comfortable bed.

You can tell the pool isn't used very much and is in need of some maintenance, but this does not affect the use & the views make up for it! We headed to the restaurant to find this was not in use, and seemed it had not been in use for a while. Luckily there are lots of places to eat close by.
