The location is perfect, right by the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a big plus for staying connected. The amenities were impressive, providing everything needec for a comfortable stay. Staff were friendly.

Clean and inviting reception area

Basically the hotel only offered room only with a very poor breakfast only option. Staff did not understand english. Once breakfast finished no other food or beverage was not available. Even though the description said restaurant open 6 to 22.00. all the facilities where not open. Pool area was open to the public. No sun loungers garden areas not tidy or well kept. Beds in the room so hard did not sleep. Mini bar was not stocked. Balcony was too small looked like it was halved with next room. Could not get tv to show any channels. Bistro, spa not open. Had vending machine in reception to buy limited soft drinks and water. The beach was a man made lagoon and I wouldn't let my dog swim there. Nothing close by and the area was under development which was not going anywhere soon. Local shop had a small cafe. Booked for 9 nights but only stayed 1. And no refund policy. A total waste of money and misrepresentation on booking.com website. Not happy ??

It is a quite hotel, suitable for families who prefer.to stay at 1 place

This hotel was really good value for money, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the rooms were generous and clean. I booked here when I broke my foot in Nha Trang and needed somewhere accessible while I recuperated. From the get go the staff were there to help, even finding me a wheelchair to help me move around a little better. The room was large, good quality and had a nice balcony overlooking the water. It is very much out of the city and off the beaten track in a hotel slash industrial estate area - it was very quiet while I was there and clearly a base for people who are out most of the time. Ideal if you are also planning to do that, but a bit ghost town for someone hanging around the place. The pool is lovely and a nice size and the staff were extra helpful supporting me to set up a little area there where I could sit in my wheelchair gazing longingly at the water. Overall, good quality with some of the most helpful staff but I'd probably personally prefer something a bit more lively!

There were a few things that are listed as available that just weren't - so, the restaurant is actually only serving breakfast and is then totally shut down for the rest of the day, so if you want food you need to go out and get it or get a grab delivery. Water is provided in the room but if you ask for anymore at reception it is treated almost totally separately and you need to buy more with cash at a vending machine in the reception area. The spa was also just not open. It makes sense if thing scale back out of season but really guests should be informed of some of these things either on booking or at check-in.

Spacious rooms and good pool

The food at the restaurant was the worst we’ve had in Vietnam; the bed was really hard and the location was in an area that should have been nice but was half developed, and 15 mins away from town.

Nothing. We did not want to stay in town so this place suited us perfectly. So quiet it was fantastic !!! And if we wanted to go into town cheap grab ride

The room is big. Bed and pillows are comfortable. All the staffs are very helpful and friendly!

The property is beautiful. Our room was very spacey, and the bed was comfortable. To be honest, I rarely have good experience with hotel pillow, but the pillows here were amazing.

The location is a bit further away from the centre but I guess it has its perks (quiet and all). I was travelling for work and only stayed one night so that wasn't an issue.

Clean, spacious room, great breakfast and staff! I had a great sleep these days.
