Too much bigger space (parking,kitchen)

The property feels quite old and outdated. In my opinion, it would benefit from renovation and better maintenance, including a thorough deep cleaning. I saw a cockroach running across the table in the room, which was very unpleasant.Some facilities were worn out or not functioning properly, such as doors that did not close well, buttons that did not work, and furniture that made loud, unpleasant noises when moved. The gym equipment was old and outdated.In addition, it was uncomfortable to hear staff members talking among themselves about guests, which felt unprofessional.

Very quiet. Friendly staff. Very clean (cleanest bathroom I saw in Vietnam). Very good value for money. There are some local restaurants around the hotel, where you eat with the locals, instead of the tourists.

The location is not very interesting, but it is very nearby the airport, and also nearby beautiful beaches.

We recently stayed at Navi hotel in Cam Rahn for one night and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Hotel was very close to the airport. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff, who made the check-in process quick and easy. Our room was spotless and well-appointed with comfortable bedding and we had fantastic sleep. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snacks provided in the room. Thank you a lot for your great service.

Hotel located near the airport, which is best solution for one- two nights overstay between flights. Good breakfast, affordable price. Plenty of seafood restaurants in a walking distance. Reception Lady Nguyen Thi Loan was very nice and helped us a lot, such a pleasure! Highly recommended

Decor was very tired, noisey aircon, in need of refurb. Sadly, the restaurant was just limited to breakfast. Very disappointing in comparison with photo's

It was not a Buffe Breakfast. A piece of Bread and some canned juice is all what we got. This is no value for money at all. No fruits or any choice of vegetarian food. I have no problem with someone charging me a large sum of money, I also expect a commensurate return.

Close to airport, close to town. Very quiet.

Breakfast was the worst of trip!..Only option was Chicken Noodle of Beef Noodle!...I asked for Tea & toast, got it one day but not the next. Pool was dirty, not a chance I was getting in that! Billiards table had worthless cues. Seemed like we were only guests there sometimes.

The breakfast was awful. nothing to chooses from. just noodles or eggs. I ORDERED AN OMLET. it was disgusting, covered in oil. inedible. left it. my wife had noodles, she said they were awful. so did not eat there for the remaining two days, all in all the breakfast was a zero score. ate out for the rest of the holiday.

this hotel would only rate a 2 star from me. The only saviour was the bedroom, comfortable and clean. NO MINI BAR. NO ROOM SERVICE, WI-FI WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO DOWNLOAD NETFLIX! the swimming pool water was not clean, broken tiles in the pool and outside the pool. fitness centre was unattended, rented a motor bike, it was not fit for the road, so cancelled it. sorry but would not reccomend this hotel to anybody. Many of the facilities shown on the website were not available.

Convenient to airport. Plus many good places to eat nearby.

Poor drainage in shower room

Disgraceful, no food apart from a bowl of soup, no bar open, great facility but no idea how to operate it. Comments by 40yrs in hospitality.

No buffet as advertised, only soup at breakfast, no bar open. We left early moved to another hotel. They refused credit as they took full tariff at arrival without permission. Loud announcements over pa in Vietnamese, no explanation, over and over again. International guests not catered for or welcome.

Bad experience

My daughter was stuck in the restroom. I tried to call the reception but no one answered. The breakfast was awful. They even didn't have all the name of my family and were confused when came for breakfast. The room was mouldy. All was very bad. You can see the bay from the hotel but it is not close to the beach. No shopping mall or restaurant in the neighborhood. We had to cancel the other day.

Do not stay here until they have opened up properly!! We were not given any prior notice that the restaurant in the hotel was closed. This is an issue as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We couldnt even order a coke or drink. The pool was filthy. The reception area was disgracefully dirty with dozens of dead flies around the pool table area!! We ordered a taxi to go for dinner and the receptionist called a random guy who wasnt a taxi to bring us. It was a 10 minute trip that should have cost 150k and and he tried to charge us 350k and subsequently got very aggressive with us when we refused! Awful stay!!
