Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was fine. Rooms were big enough.

Cleaning was not adequate.We traveled with our infant. Smoking was everywhere, even kids zone, guests smoke regardless of us having baby there. Hotel should keep the pool area and kids zone smoking prohibited.

Huy and Khanh were very friendly, nice & doorman helped us with bags and receptionist was welcoming. Everything was good ??. Room with perfect city view and well functioning interiors and amenities, hearty breakfast.

The location was a 30 min walk from the main centre but the beach was right on the door step.

It’s quite different from the pictures on Booking.com. I booked the suite, which is the most expensive room, but it doesn’t really feel like it. The room is spacious, but a large part of the view is blocked by the neighboring hotel.Nothing major, but the parking is a bit inconvenient. You have to go all the way to the backyard, which takes about 5 extra minutes, and that’s fine. The only annoying part is having to call the security guard every time you want to access the parking area.Also, the staff isn’t very friendly. I waited in the lobby for about five minutes but no one came to assist, so I had to carry my luggage myself. The security staff were polite and helpful, but the rest of the staff didn’t seem very welcoming.

Rooms are specious and clean. They offered a small plate of fruits upon check-in.

It is not next to the beach. You have to walk inside of small roads.

Central tourist district so very handy for walking anywhere or easy transport, everything in close distance. Room/bed/bathroom/wardrobes all solid. View is solid in pretty much all directions, especially on higher floors.Rooftop bar/pool is great.

The elevator situation on a building of this size is terrible. You can wait several minutes to catch one and maybe it'll already be full when it gets to you.Glass bathroom is terrible. I was alone but even alone this means I can't go to the toilet without drawing the curtains because nearby buildings can see in.The breakfast buffet is almost great. A bunch of food and drink options. It's just really disorganised and poorly explained. I think you can ask the counter for eggs? Maybe? I never saw it happen but it seemed like you could? The coffee machine was broken for one of the days I was there, I think? Hard to say for sure. I was questioned about missing bathrobes on checkout. I never had bathrobes in my room. They only held me up 5 minutes based on this but I mean, come on. How did this happen?The safe was locked when I got there with no instructions on how to unlock it - I think it was meant to be open so I could set a code like every other hotel but I didn't bother bringing it up with reception.

near the beach, good price

hotel is very hard to find. there are taller hotels in front of it so you can’t spot the hotel building from Tran Phu street. The alley to the hotel is narrow, hardly accessible by car. The back of the hotel whee you can park is reached via a long, different road, very hard to find. Staff is not so helpful in finding parkplace.I arrived there but the is no instruction to find the hotel.waiting for 3-5 mins to get in the elevator is common.

Staff was very helpful and kind. It was very clean just very small rooms.

I did not like that some rooms had 0 windows. Some views were brick walls. Pay the extra to have a beach view. Also we did not care for the bathroom/shower in 1 glass enclosure.
