Aaron Hotel

Location,cleanliness and breakfast

The tub/shower is too high and is hard to get in and out of

Very clean. Excellent bathroom and shower.

It’s good that we had included breakfast;Bathroom was good too;Fast and reliable WiFi

We had sea view but it wasn’t picturesque

Very close to the beach, plenty of shops around

Smoke smell from the foyer because a lot of smoking guests. Breakfast is so so, but with the price you can't expect more. Bath rugs should be provided without guests telling.

Convenient location

AC dd not work. Suspect it doesn’t work often because there were fans in the room and breakfast area. There was egg station but otherwise breakfast was poor. Either noodles or buffet food—not served on same day. No fruit. Staff were kind but English was very limited. Windows not soundproof. Can hear loud music from nearby bars until after 11pm.

The Location, access to the beach, the view of the room was great, and the staff were kind and really accommodating!

The rooms need an update, everything looks worn out. Also the lift in the building is really really slow!

Location, pool small but no one ever there

Slowest elevator ever.didnt get free water everyday and refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold so bought ice to fill up my sink 2 times each day

Coffee for breakfast isn't hot enough. Too crowded in the morning, they need more space for breakfast. And lack of spoons and forks, so I needed to wait minutes to start my meal...In the end of my journey I complained about the smell in the lobby - they're burning some stinky candles. The receptionist said she isn't in charge of it, not accepting responsibility for my comfort. I suppose to do it outside. Also she talked to me in imperative impololite manner which spoiled my overall impression.

Love the staff at Aaron hotel, and The beautiful views from the room all around. The front desk team are super kind and patient, absolutely love staying at Aaron thanks to their positive attitude ! Will stay again...

A number of guests, including myself got sick after eating breakfast. The kitchen staff could use training in food safety. A few more vegan vegetarian food options would be appreciated!

breakfast

The shower over bath was not practical, the hose isn't long enough shower standing up and water goes everywhere, balcony was extremely small

1) Good Location2) Clean with modern facility3) Value for money

1) Need to have more signboard to guide the location for the hotel especially foreigner..

A lovely hotel, we had a Seaview room, which was great. Comfortable large bed, quiet air-conditioning, great location with really good eating places around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Pool was a little small.

Stayed 3 nights here and would have loved to extend our stay purely for the room and location - we got dropped off via sleeper bus around 6am and walked straight to the beach to see sunrise!!! Rooms were spacious and very clean

It matches the description. Clean, modern, comfortable.

All good ??

The hotel and the front desk staff are amazing!

The dining experience and kitchen staff are unprofessional and good preparation is completely unsafe, most guests at the time of my stay got sick.Raw chicken is kept near good preparation counter and is unrefrigerated in a hot kitchen. Zero effort made to accommodate guests with vegan options.

Nice big bed, great view. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful.

Tv channels were shit.

Location, personal, cosiness, room service.

Noise from the construction nearby

The room was big, comfy, very clean with lots of electric plugs by the beds. Our rooms were cleaned beautifully everyday. The breakfast was great. Cooked omelettes for us. Location was great. Great value for the money.

The wifi wasn't great in the room but we were able to hotspot to our cell phones so that solved our problem. There was no shower only a tub with a hand sprayer but we made it work. The balcony sliding doors rattled when it was windy but we stuffed a towel in it to fix the problem.

My room was huge and the hotels in a really good central location. Also close to the beach. The roof pool was great as well.

The breakfast wasn’t the best with limited options so only had breakfast 2 days out of 4

Love Staff & that owner loves dogs AKA Gods love that roof pool & gym are open 24/7.

Breakfast needs bananas & pineapples in VN! We got eaten alive by horrid mosquitoes in sweltering hot lobby & in lobby toilet. Ouch!
