Novotel Nha Trang Hotel

The service was outstanding. Great location in the middle of town. Great happy hour and very reasonable

Property is older but is well maintained

Location

The staff especially the security really not welcoming , I felt everyday like being hated the way look .. never smiled .. one time I confronted one of the security for giving me such a looked .. I felt racism and discrimination toward service since check in the front office not even felt welcoming at all

Staff and location

Using the Booking. com reservation was a major issue. Many problems. Unfortunately, somehow there was a double booking for the same reservation. Name and date. Novotel was contacted and I tried to contact Booking (no success). Novotel stated that they could not refund the overpayment. Thus I paid double 4 star rate for a 3 star hotel. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will avoid using Booking.com in the future.

Its beautiful and clean. We got ocean view and really enjoyed it.

The location, staff friendliness, and convenience were all excellent.

Loved this hotel! Great location across the street from the beach, close to restaurants & shops. I stayed in a full ocean view w/balcony. The room was beautiful. The bed & pillows were incredible and I loved the step down shower/bathtub! Complimentary reclining beach chairs. Would stay again! Recommend 10/10!

Our son got high fever right the first night we arrived but the staff were very attentive and made us feel cared for during our stay. The location was perfect for beach and city exploring.

Very central. Straight across from the beach. Good selection at breakfast. Very nice staff.

Didn’t like the policy of having to provide proof of payment by showing them the credit card we had paid with We booked and paid in full 7 months ahead. By the time the visit came round my card had been replaced by my bank. It delayed check in. The split level room took a little bit of getting used to.

Had a fantastic stay here in Nha Trang. Great location. Right across the street from the beach! Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Luxurious bathrooms. The gym is decent. The pool has a nice view. The breakfast is good and worth the extra charge in my opinion. Service was fantastic. Staff is very friendly and helpful. World definitely stay here again.

If there is a concert going on outside you can hear it from your room. Might affect your sleep.

second stay in as many weeks. great staff and food

couldn’t have been better

The hotel has a great location across from the beach close to town and other restaurants. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful view of the beach front! We used our balcony everyday. The staff was always cheerful and very helpful. We also enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast. It was a lovely stay!

meals and staff were great

would be nice to have wash clothes to bath with

Good spot, staff where very nice, great view from our room,

the down side is everything that you get through the hotel is way over the top $$$$$$ we got a small bucket I mean small and it cost over 50000, breakfast very expensive, suggest to go out of the hotel and turn left walk 50m and cross the road you can get a good breakfast for 35000

Great location and breakfast choices. The view from the room was beautiful. The staffs were very helpful, arranged early check in for us and speedy check in/out service

Great location, beach and services within walking distance. Pool and gym also very good

The staff were so friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was fabulous; the hotel was central and the breakfast was incredible. I would definitely go back there.

The verandah deck chairs are too low to fully appreciate the magnificent view.

The location was excellent. Both of the staff at the reception as well as on the beach were also friendly and helpful. The room was big and very comfortable, though furnishings were a bit old.

The outdated furnishings.

Warm friendly staff. Huy on the door of Novotel was outstanding and caring

There is nothing not to like about it. My stay was perfect. The highlight is the staff, who are so dedicated and sophisticated. The location is right in the center, just 3 mins walk to the night market. Very easy to travel to the popular tourist attractions and local dining. The room was amazing and fully equipped. This would be my next pick again when I return to Nha Trang.

The location is perfect to access to the beach and downtown in Nha trang. Can go to street market real quick. Their breakfast is also wonderful

The facility looks old and actually is
